My daughter, my friend and I stayed at the Hotel @ Times Square for five nights a few days before Christmas. Our non-smoking 2 queen beds room was nicely decorated, clean and very quiet as we were at the end of the hallway. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom was a little cold. It was a good size for the...

A little hotel just down the road from Times Square.Breakfast very good: cereals, eggs, breads, sweets, juices, everything you could ask for. Rooms immaculate and quite spacious for New York's standard! The location of this hotel is excellent! It is within walking distance to many tourist attractions in the area as well as to subway and buses. Very recommendable. Tip:...

This is a great little hotel just down the road from Times Square. The rooms were lovely and clean and staff at the front desk more than helpful. Breakfast was included in the price and was more than adaquate. Best to eat earlier rather than later as the breakfast area gets extremely busy around 8:30 - 9:00 or later. Only...

We loved the location,it is within walking distance to many area tourist attractions. Broadway was only a few blocks from the hotel. The continental breakfast Has a lot of variety. Rooms are small but enough space to have a great sleep.

We went to NYC not expecting much from the hotel as we knew star ratings were different than Europe. This hotel was first class!! Breakfast was an array of cereals, eggs, breads, sweets, juices, everything you could ask for. Rooms lovely and immaculate and spacious for New York! Extremely comfy beds which are useful after a day on your feet....

This hotel is in a good location, easy to drive in from the Henry Hudson, a short walk to Park Avenue, near Times Square and Bryant Park. The lobby is well maintained and nicely decorated for the holidays with a single serve coffee machine that made a surprisingly good cup. Elevators were slow, free wifi was fast. The room was...

I stayed December 7-9, 2013. The location of this hotel is excellent! It is within walking distance to many area tourist attractions. The continental breakfast that is included in the price of the room is quite nice, especially considering most NYC hotels charge an arm and a leg for breakfast! There were many options including bagels, yogurt, cereal, juice, donuts,...

In October we stayed at the sister hotel, Broadway at Times Square. Both have an excellent location. Our room at this hotel was slightly larger and the lobby area is a bit larger. It was cozy and warmly decorated for Christmas. The staff is friendly, breakfast is included, and it's very clean.

After having reservations for six months in advance, our group of five arrived at 11 pm (as soon as our plane landed and we arrived straight from the airport) at the front desk only to be told we didn't have rooms. This was the night of the tree lighting ceremony so we stood at the front desk for 45 minutes...

Dear Rhonda M, Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we did not have your room ready. As you noted, it was a very busy night in New York City and we finally found you a hotel in the city. An employee accompanied you there. Unfortunately, we were never told that the room...

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
