Spent 4 nights here in March with friends. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were great. Breakfast was included and while basic was perfect. The location was excellent. 5 mins walk to St Patrick's Cathedral and Times Square, 10 mins to Central Park and 15 to Macy's and the Empire State building.

We were asked to take two double bed room rather than our queen room that was reserved. It was not at all comprable to the queen rooms. When we brought it up to the front desk they told us we should have said something immediately, and would not help or compensated us in any way.

I stayed with my family for spring break. The rooms were extremely affordable, and the staff was friendly. The free continental breakfast included bagels, white and wheat toast, fruit, juice, coffee, milk, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, and pancakes. (Complete with butter, syrup, and jam) The breakfast was hot and tasty and it saved us the cost of another meal. The location...

It is a smaller hotel and the rooms are smaller than we are used to. However, that seems to be the norm for NYC. It is difficult to find rooms with 2 beds. Check in went quickly and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. We went up to our room. It was small, but clean and comfortable. Continental...

Dear Scott C, We know how hard it can be to find a hotel room with 2 beds, so we're so glad that you found us! However, I am sorry to hear about the window and cold bathroom. Would you kindly let us know what room you were in so that we can look into the issue? Thanks for bringing...

This is our go-to place in New York City, as it is a short walk from Times Square and many 5th Ave. stores, and provides good amenities for what you pay. There is $40/day parking across the street (which seems to be reasonable) if you arrive by car, and continental breakfast is included. Wifi is reliable, and the rooms are...

Really comfortable beds and an excellent shower - main elements of a good hotel. No luxury and a lack of natural daylight would not deter from booking again next visit. Breakfast staff were very efficient and even at its busiest there was always plenty of choice and somewhere to sit. Great location with Times Square practically on the doorstep. Book...

We chose this hotel for an overnight after a show. The room was inexpensive considering it had a king & queen bed. It won't win any awards for luxury. There was no doorman, no valet parking (but there was discounted parking lot across the street). The heat in the room was old fashioned wall units, functional but somewhat noisy. There...

Had tickets for an early 2pm show, so was able to check in 11:30 am which was great. This hotel is in a great location for Broadway, Time Square, lots of bars & restaurants. We had a room with no sunlight so that was a bit weird- rm 701. I don't recommend that room. Everything else about the hotel was...

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
