The staff is so amazing. That meant everything!! We stayed for a few days and then he service was great. Breakfast was bagged and you had to take it away. Could not use the dine in area to have breakfast. Otherwise we were able to check in earlier and start enjoying our stay!!!!!
I've always enjoyed my stay at the Millennium Hotels, but my first experience at the Premier was truly exceptional. I had a bit of a personal emergency which required me to make last minute tricky adjustments to my reservation which staff handled quickly, efficiently and courteously. What distinguishes The Millennium Premier for me other than the obvious luxury suites and Times Square location is the exceptional staff, including Monique at the front desk who always provides an exceptional entry and concierge experience, the timely and professional room service and always clean and orderly lobby and suites. The exceptional staff, outstanding rooms and location are what keeps me coming back personally, but for those who've never experienced a Millennium hotel, I highly recommend the Millennium Premier Times Square for any stay in New York...it's always been an exceptional experience.…
The location is perfect…one block from Times Square. The service here was amazing. Monique took such great care of us and made us feel at home here. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left, Monique took care of everything for us and made sure we enjoyed our trip to NYC! I don’t know that we will ever want to stay anywhere else! Thanks Monique!!
Monique at the front desk was amazing! She was able to give us a room with a view of the Times Square ball! She even gave me chocolates when she found out it was my birthday❤️ and a personal note. We are having an amazing time! Def coming back. Love you Monique🥰
From the time we were greeted by Monique we received great customer service. Even when she had to deal with an irrational guest who was giving staff a hard time she remain professional and calm and was able to turn the situation around by finding a great resolution that made the customer happy. She handled the rush of customers with ease and a smile. The hotel is very nice and clean. Eddie and Hector was also great!!! I will be staying again when I return to NY.
I would like to just say that Monique ,Eddie and hector showed us great customer service the rooms were very clean . They are friendly which made our stay so pleasant . Definitely would recommend and I will be back .
First of all, upon arrival, we were created by an incredible concierge by the name of Monique. She was truly exceptional at getting us checked in. She advised me that the upgrade which Expedia told us we had been awarded was not available, and that this was offered only through Expedia as a third-party service, no contact in the hotel. Such a disappointment as all the kings are sold out however, Monique works wonders and was able to provide us a suitable comparison to make that is wonderful. Let me be clear she didn’t have to do any such thing as all this error they saw me on the shoulders because they’re the ones that made the offer and send a confirmation that we did have a king size bed/room. Thank God, Monique was there to professionally handle the situation because I was quite frustrated, but she was a true professional. God bless Her! One in on the iPhone was with your breakfast area. I included some pictures below. They have a full dining breakfast area, but claimed we were not allowed to eat there when we questioned some of the staff they said unfortunately it is closed and some had mentioned it was due to Covid, but this makes no sense considering every restaurant in New York City is open and nobody is wearing a mask… This needs to be looked into because we were basically forced to grab a bag and go back to our room and eat. We’re travelling with another couple and we’re not able to eat together. Overall Staff & service was a five star. I would definitely stay here again based on the staff alone! She is the best !…
Great hotel in the heart of Times Square. Close to everything you would like to see in NYC. Room is comfortable but no mini fridge to keep your item s cold. Asked for one but it never came. Monique at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. She took care of any issues we had. One big complaint is that we could not eat our crab and go in their lounge although there were tables and chairs set up. This is a ridiculous policy. So we had to eat our breakfast in our room while the cleaning lady was making our bed. Totally unacceptable .
From the get-go, Monique (the best Concierge) was on top of it. She was so helpful in the planning and execution for the stay. Every detail was checked off the wish list and delivered with a smile and in style. She was accessible, friendly. knowledgeable and we can't wait to work with her again. Bravo Monique!
We had a good stay at the Millennium Premier. The location was great. Close to times Square, food and a Walgreen's. It has a grab and go breakfast included. Monique and Hector were wonderful in heping out and giving suggestions of things to do near by. We would definitely stay at this location again.
