This is a very well located hotel with great service. My wife and I have stayed here multiple times and really like pretty much everything about this hotel. It's located close to Park Ave and to most places that we enjoy.
This hotel was picked given its proximity to the Murray Hill area...we will stay here again as we now have a child living in the area. Great hotel, value given, of course, its New York. We loved the neighborhood and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Great central location with rooftop bar and (2) dining options. Rooms are NYC-size (small) and lack a mini-fridge, but are nicely appointed otherwise. Staff was super nice and accommodating every step of the way. The 6 subway is at the corner, so that is super convenient getting around town and to and from airport(s). Would stay here again.
My family and I recently stayed at the Park South Hotel. The service and staff were exceptional. Muhammad the doorman, the front desk staff, and the maids were terrific and addressed our every need. The food and staff at GG Tokyo and Sweetbriar were amazing! The hostess and sushi chef at GG Tokyo were awesome. The salad with the grilled cucumber and avocado mousse at Sweetbriar was like nothing we’ve ever had before. Again a special thank you to Muhammad who really went above and beyond for us.
I stayed here for 3 days for a work trip and was greeted by Chuck the doorman. I felt so fancy never having to touch a door handle since the doors were opened for me each time I arrived and left! He was very friendly and helpful and had my bags ready to go when I dropped them off for early check in & came back. The hotel room is nice and beautifully decorated. The room was cleaned each day and all hotel staff was super friendly. The location is perfect- and super walkable. I would 100% suggest this place if you're looking for a stay in NYC.
This is a decent hotel in a great location. It is a tiny room which is fine for one, but two would be cramped. While the bed is comfortable and the room is clean, the AC is annoyingly loud. Additionally, the only settings are on or off with no temperature control. That, plus the extremely thin walls made for the 3 star review.
This was my first time staying at the Park South Hotel in NYC. I was blown away by the staff and their excellence toward customer service. I didn't encounter any problems while staying at the hotel, but if I had, I know that they would have been handled in the best way possible. Extremely friendly staff - some of the best I have ever had while traveling.
One of the best smaller hotels in NYC - renovated, clean, amazing staff, special touches like wine tastings and covid packs, one of the best rooftop restaurants - beautiful retreat. For work, city visit, with family, or whatever - great place to stay.
We were in the city for a wedding and the newlyweds booked a block of rooms. Every hotel staff member went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable. The room was extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
My daughter and I were welcomed with every appearance (going/coming). The staff was warm and courteous on every turn from the cleaning staff to the front desk to the bellhop. The hotel is located in a good distance to everything that I wanted to partake in (Union Square, Madison Square, Times Square, the Empire States building, the iconic NY Library from "Day After Tomorrow", and the triangle building from "John Wick". It was also mere blocks from the college that my daughter will attend. I think I have found my home away from home. Did I mention that each room even had doorbells and there is a chic rooftop bar that overlooked the NY skyline?! Sexy after dawn!!
