Great place. Loved the decor, the location an the staff were fantastic. The chocolate chip cookies were a really nice touch. We stayed in a "petite room" which was cozy, but bigger than expected for a room in NYC, especially the bathroom with a bidet! They made fantastic use of the space. Loved our short but nice stay. We stayed in the "Petite" room on the third floor from Sat to Tues. The room was definitely small, but adequate for our needs since we were only ever in it to shower or sleep. The room was very clean and the servic e of the staff was amazing. Delicious chocolate chip cookies every night were left in our room,...

The room itself was ok, very small but still clean and decent looking. The problem was with the service. I stained the bedsheet a little bit with wine. They said it was ok and they'll take care of it. Then charged me 100$ for dry cleaning !!! 100$ ??? It's not like the bedsheet was Frette or any kind of...

Spent 4 nights here in November. Great location for accessing all of Manhattan. I loved the decor but not to everyones taste as modern and quite dark, and no batth, just a big walk in shower. Great receptionists - we arrived early and they pulled out the stops to get us in our room. We booked the double double room....

I have some good news and some bad news..... All bad news in my opinion, but that is how I was greeted when attempting to check-in after the scheduled check-in time of 15.00. The bad news was that my room was not ready, but the good news was that they were upgrading me to a suite. After another hour and...

From the begining, the staff in this hotel was wonderful. They were very helpful with our reservation and went out of their way to accomodate us once we got there. The room was spacious for NY standards, and the marble bathroom luxurious. Bidet, robes, and a big shower with a powerful shower head. Chocolate chip cookies were delivered to our...

Stayed one night to see a show. Theater district two blocks away. Our room was an upgrade to a double level suite. Sofa bed on the first level with a powder room, while loft had king size bed with large marble bath. Lighted shelf in shower a great touch. Building is a restored 19th C. club and they kept nice...

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
