It is not often that I spend so much money on a room but being in New York means you spend money! This hotel was reccomended to me as it is located next to battery park, unfortunately "Sandy" had come through 4 weeks prior and much of that area was still running on generator. Police presence was excellent and we... More

Hotel truly lived up to the RC standards. Rooms are fresh and well-appointed with luxury fixtures and spacious washroom. Flawless stay with breathtaking view of Ms. Liberty. Highly recommended for anyone visiting NYC--even being downtown away from much of the excitement it was still lovely stay.

The stay was for business and it was very comfortable. The room had the view of statue of liberty right from your bed. The location is away from the central area of new york. The business hubs and wall street are at a walking distance. Only problem was i had to get back to hotel early due to the location.... More

We have stayed in most of the hotels in the financial district, but was the first time at he ritz as we got a good rate (although the room should have been $700 / night. Firstly the service wad top notch, from the moment you are greeted on check in and from that point on. The room was spacious well... More

If you have stayed at the Ritz-Carton Central Park then you know the difference . Staff was friendly but not skilled at customer service . Certainly not compared to other locations.. Poor check in experience. Not enough staff to handle busy Xmas time. Concierge service was poor . They acted like they were doing you a favor by arranging any... More

I frequently choose a Ritz while traveling for their consistency and service; this location is among their best. This is my 5th or 6th stay and I'm always surprised to see familiar faces. We celebrated New Year's Eve here -our second time-and it was delightful. We had an amazing corner suite overlooking the harbor where you not only have an... More

The hotel is excellent, I got here thanks to a deal I found with my airline getaway plan, the hotel is excellent and the service too, the only thing I don't liked about the hotel was the transportation to the hotel at midnight, the BPC zone is too dark and the closest subway station to the hotel was Bowling Green... To say that I was disappointed in my stay at the RITZ! is putting it mildly. To begin with it has the most poorly designed hotel entrance I have ever encountered. Up a steep flight of stairs there are two sets of heavy doors which are awkward to open if you are holding anything. The various doormen are usually down... More

We had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz-Carlton for three nights between Christmas and New Year's Eve. I have stayed at many "Premium" hotels, but I have never experienced the high level of service from every staff member that we encountered. From the doormen, to housekeeping to the staff at the club lounge to the front office manager, Abdel.... More

We went here for my husband's birthday. When I made the reservation I was asked if it was a special occasion and told them it was. This fact obviously got lost in the shuffle as no mention was ever made. The bath pproducts used to be Bvlgari, which made the room smell incredible when you even washed your hands. Now... More
