Reserved a room with a king bed in this hotel. We arrived a half hour prior to check in and were told we could wait until 3pm to get the room we reserved, or check into a room with a queen bed. We opted to...More
Spent a few days which included a winter storm. Location is amazing, next to Rockefeller Plaza and many businesses and restaurants. Room was too warm the first night, but that was solved by contacting the front desk. They sent someone who helped me adjust the...More
This property is in a great location but lacking in amenities. The rooms are small the furnishings can use an update and the bed linens need to be cleaned and refreshed. (the comforter was dirty) There needs to be more attention on the cleaning aspect...More
The location is outstanding, and considering that, the price is very reasonable. The rooms and lobby and hallways are very dated. Rooms are small but not tiny like in so many NYC hotels. Comfortable bed. My bathroom was kinda skuzzy and my friend said his...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Hi - I would recommend you get the airport shuttle bus to the port authority bus terminal then get a taxi - taxi will only cost you a few dollars as the hotel is not far away - you could actually walk from the bus station but if you don't know your way about you're best to do it this way :) ...we took the train from the airport but it took ages and it was a massive walk and wait to get to the train! We got the bus back to the airport on our way home and it was much easier!
