I paid in full on the Radisson website well in advance. After travelling for over 24hrs, got a taxi to the hotel at 11pm only to find out that our hotel is no longer a hotel but a hostel. Was told by someone inside that my booking had been transferred to the IHG group without informing me, BUT, IHG had canx my booking, so now I am without a hotel. Eventually after 2hrs of trying to sort everything out I ended up at IHG Holiday INN Xpress but I had to pay again, which at 2am seemed the easier option. After multiple emails to Radisson I am still awaiting any acknowledgement of responsibility and I still do not have a refund for a hotel stay that never took place AND they were aware of this fact well before the actual travel date. Awful.

So when I read the previous reviews I was horrified and we almost didn’t stay. HOWEVER we did stay and I’m so glad we did. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Our room wasn’t at all cold however there should be a duvet/blanket rather than just a sheet, especially in winter. The heating/aircon system is loud and seems to come on when it wants but honestly it’s not that bad, it didn’t wake us up in the night. We also had a fantastic view. Any issues reception are really friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and so was the bathroom. All the lifts were working and the fitness centre was excellent. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay here again. The location is fantastic, there’s a subway station right outside and the hotel is in a safe spot. The hotel is really good value for money and I would recommend people to stay but keep an open mind. No it’s not luxury but that’s why the price is so reasonable.…

We got our room in the hotel using SuperTravel, but when we arrived our reservation could not be found. For about two hours, Latoya took her time to put effort into looking into our issue and resolving for us. She was very professional and attentive to our needs!

We felt we were catfished by the pictures on the internet. The room was small, in spite of us paying for a king room. The hotel was under construction and we were persuaded from getting a room on a higher floor. Nothing bad like bugs but just not great. Good shower!

We had a room booked for first week of April. Couple of days in advance we received an email they needed to cancel our reservation, and offered to rebook us into another hotel. Very happy at first to get a good solution, but after we confirmed we agreed being relocated, Radisson became unreachable. No reply on the emails, phone number out of service, so other phone nr or emails could be found online... The proposed hotel was not aware, so suddenly we did not have any place to sleep just couple of days before our arrival in NYC. We had to book an alternative ourselves last-minute, needles to say this was of a much lower comfort and much higher rate... So we can't write any review on the rooms or hotel itself, but we are very disappointed on the customer service they have offered. Caused us a lot of extra time and money. …

Great location. Good hotel. We came from Europe and we were in contact with our banks and announced payment accomodation, but in hotel each credit card was declined. Everywhere in New York our credit cards were vaild, only in Radisson hotel Wall Street were declined. Hope we have had cash to pay.

The property is well restored and maintained and in a fantastic part of Manhattan. The staff are good and the decoration and finishings in the building are really nice. The room and bed are comfortable as well. I loved the big screen TV which was easy to hook up a lap to to watch Disney+ etc. Be advised that there is no parking at the property and the elevator requires a key card to activate so you will have to meet deliveries in the lobby.

Unclean, rude staff, systems down every day, no internet. Cleanliness brings to question where covid derived from. Would not stay again nor would I recommend unless you want staff that clearly cannot be bothered.

Room furniture and carpeting stained and elevator was filthy. Restaurant permanently closed no ice available on any floor was good to go to a local restaurant. Toilet paper wasn’t replaced, toilet flushed slow and backed up. Heat took 4 hrs to raise by 3 degrees

Arrived on 22nd December. The receptionist at check in was lovely. On the 23rd we had no hot water, the engineer was good and fixed quickly. On the 24th December we had no heating and had to pack all our belongings and move to another room on the next floor. Christmas morning we had no water at all!! There had been a burst pipe and the fire dept had stopped supply of water to the hotel. We requested some bottled water to be able to brush our teeth and have a cold wash! Trying not to let it spoil our trip we went out for the day and were told it should be repaired by teatime. By the time we returned at 5pm the plumber still hadn’t been. We had Christmas meal booked for 7pm but couldn’t even freshen up. Our toilet was now still sat unflushed from the morning and it was simply unhygienic to stay any longer. Most guests were leaving and we had no choice but to find an alternative hotel as there was still no sign of a repair by 7.30! The hotel was unable to issue an immediate refund of the $1400 i’d paid for 7 days and the new hotel was $1700! This impacted on the rest of our stay as the money tied up at the Raddison wasn’t returned until the day before our trip ended. To date they have not responded to my request for a refund of the taxi fare to the new hotel, phone calls ringing round for a hotel nor compensation for the distribution to our trip! They did eventually refund the cost of the first 2 nights but that didn’t make up for the move to a more expensive hotel which I had not accounted for. The hotel generally was dated and whilst some of the staff went above and beyond - namely Francisco the maintenance supervisor - on check out the staff had no authority to help me with the refund to pay for the hotel we were forced to move to. I was travelling alone with my 10 year old daughter and at 8pm Christmas Day night we were having to find accommodation on what should have been a trip of a lifetime! We were both shell shocked and upset as well as frightened that I had to fend for myself. They offered no assistance to find us another hotel AT ALL. A very very upsetting experience. I would highly recommend the Centric Hyatt on Wall Street, they were compassionate when we arrived, the rooms were amazing and the hotel was like a 5 star compared to the Radisson!!
