Recommend you stay away from this hotel as it has been used as a homeless shelter for the past year. It was truly a horrible stay for my colleague and me who were there on business. Restaurant was horrible, rooms we had were in terrible shape. My colleague said he had to call for the cockroaches he has in his room. I only had a problem with ants. You make your own decision but BEWARE!

Breathtaking views and an excellent location, but what sets this hotel apart is staff members like Brandon Rivera. He went above and beyond to make my first NYC vacation memorable. I stayed at Christmas time and I hope to do it again many more times in the future.

Our location is excellent for exploring New York City, with short walk to subway, Broadway and shopping. Our staff and welcome is so important to us and I am very happy to see that Brandon stood out to you. Thank you for being our guest and we hope to welcome you back again soon. I have called in six times just trying to get a credit card authorization form. I am hung up on, told it's sent when it's not, on hold for hours, and nothing has helped or happened. Maybe we should change our reservation.

We stayed in one of the suites for a week using our Hilton points, it was massive and had a good view of NYC and times square. Well worth the points spent! Even had some friends staying over for a few nights and it was more than enough to sleep 4. Fantastic location, a bit hard to get taxis because of the traffic though, our taxi dropped us off half a block away when we checked in. Room deco is a bit dated. The breakfast place was a bit depressing, it's more like a canteen area for staff. The hallways deco are also slightly dated, and dimly lit.
