We stayed in one of the suites for a week using our Hilton points, it was massive and had a good view of NYC and times square. Well worth the points spent! Even had some friends staying over for a few nights and it was more than enough to sleep 4. Fantastic location, a bit hard to get taxis because of the traffic though, our taxi dropped us off half a block away when we checked in. Room deco is a bit dated. The breakfast place was a bit depressing, it's more like a canteen area for staff. The hallways deco are also slightly dated, and dimly lit.
Everyone who works here is amazingly friendly and go above and beyond for their guests, shout out to Ray and Troy on the ground level and Victor in shipping who dropped off packages ordered at my door! Housekeeping is wonderful and the employees at the front desk are always helpful thank you so much for being open to hosting essential employees we all appreciate it more than you know
Also erbano is awesome, he went out of his way to print an "essential employee" paper so I could put it in my car and park next to the hotel , again to everyone at the front desk, room service, security ..everyone there were some of the nicest friendliest humans I've ever met
The staff here are extremely unfriendly and are disrespectful in asking for tips. The small elevators do not accomodate the large hotel very well. Breakfast is very crowded and doesnt have a good selection. Overall very average. Wouldnt recommend for the price
Stayed for two nights, got a tiny upgrade to a corner room as a Diamond member. Room was surprisingly big for NYC standards and clean. Breakfast was good. Will surely consider to stay in the future when visitig NYC.
