We stayed in one of the suites for a week using our Hilton points, it was massive and had a good view of NYC and times square. Well worth the points spent! Even had some friends staying over for a few nights and it was more than enough to sleep 4. Fantastic location, a bit hard to get taxis because of the traffic though, our taxi dropped us off half a block away when we checked in. Room deco is a bit dated. The breakfast place was a bit depressing, it's more like a canteen area for staff. The hallways deco are also slightly dated, and dimly lit.
Also erbano is awesome, he went out of his way to print an "essential employee" paper so I could put it in my car and park next to the hotel , again to everyone at the front desk, room service, security ..everyone there were some of the nicest friendliest humans I've ever met
The staff here are extremely unfriendly and are disrespectful in asking for tips. The small elevators do not accomodate the large hotel very well. Breakfast is very crowded and doesnt have a good selection. Overall very average. Wouldnt recommend for the price
Stayed for two nights, got a tiny upgrade to a corner room as a Diamond member. Room was surprisingly big for NYC standards and clean. Breakfast was good. Will surely consider to stay in the future when visitig NYC.
Considering the pandemic, I had a short window to assist my daughter in moving her personal effects from her college dorm. A big call-out to Urbano! Urbano, the concierge, provided assistance weeks in advance in coordinating a driver, Fernando. On the day of arrival, Fernando texted me as we touched down in La Guardia and stayed in constant communication until he picked us up at the curbside airport. The following day, he met us at the dorm and took us to the airport with such ease and no delays. Great job guys!
Everyone who works here is amazingly friendly and go above and beyond for their guests, shout out to Ray and Troy on the ground level and Victor in shipping who dropped off packages ordered at my door! Housekeeping is wonderful and the employees at the front desk are always helpful thank you so much for being open to hosting essential employees we all appreciate it more than you know
I was blown away by the service provided to me most especially from Brandon Rivera. He took what started out as a really bad situation and went above and beyond to make my stay at The millennium times square an amazing experience. From the room to the fruit basket to the room service I would highly recommend your hotel and I plan a visit as soon as the coast is clear with the cove at 19 situation. Alan H. Breathtaking views and an excellent location, but what sets this hotel apart is staff members like Brandon Rivera. He went above and beyond to make my first NYC vacation memorable. I stayed at Christmas time and I hope to do it again many more times in the future.
Fantastic hotel in a great central location. Extremely spacious, clean and comfortable rooms with superb views. Mark Butler, Assistant General Manager, is a credit to the hotel and made my family and I feel at home. Mark personally met myself and the family upon our arrival and gave a selection of key tourist attractions to see during our stay which was extremely helpful. This was my 2nd time staying at this Hotel, nonetheless certainly not the last.
Right in the middle of Times Square, me and my friend had a great time in this amazing hotel. We booked 1 king bed room, it was clean, cozy and very specious. We stayed for two first nights, and for sure it was the best choice.
