We stayed in one of the suites for a week using our Hilton points, it was massive and had a good view of NYC and times square. Well worth the points spent! Even had some friends staying over for a few nights and it was more than enough to sleep 4. Fantastic location, a bit hard to get taxis because of the traffic though, our taxi dropped us off half a block away when we checked in. Room deco is a bit dated. The breakfast place was a bit depressing, it's more like a canteen area for staff. The hallways deco are also slightly dated, and dimly lit.

Hotel's Favorite
Just stayed here for 2-nights. As Honors members, we received an upgraded room with an amazing view, large and spacious and very clean. Breakfast service /bar service was great, and the view was amazing. Staff was attentive and thoughtful at every turn. It's hard to find complaints and not feel especially lucky - even while visiting during the Corona Virus threat that is quite obviously on everyones' minds. What REALLY impressed me on this visit, was the hard working staff who have to show up and deal with the public during this time. Maids who clean the rooms, make eye contact and smile as if they're happy to be there each morning, staff who cheerfully spray disinfectant on the elevators and surfaces everywhere, people who work the breakfast service and the bar - constantly keeping up with the heightened need to sanitize everything. And remain cheerful so I don't write a review about the "bad" service. I am sure that working in these jobs in the hospitality business is especially stressful during these times. Also, these workers must be thinking of their own health and that of their families as they work away. So, HILTON TIMES SQUARE MANAGEMENT AND CORPORATE, if you read this - and assuming you are real people, not bots --- please respect and care for your employees who are in the trenches and working with care and grace. Don't take them for granted. Without them you would fail and I would not return. Please let them know that there is at least one person out here who is grateful for what they do. If you are reading this, and are lucky enough to stay in a nice hotel - even during these particular times - please be respectful of (and maybe even personally thank!) those who work there.

The staff here are extremely unfriendly and are disrespectful in asking for tips. The small elevators do not accomodate the large hotel very well. Breakfast is very crowded and doesnt have a good selection. Overall very average. Wouldnt recommend for the price
