great place to stay I would recommend this hotel the location was perfect my room was awesome big spacious it had a hot tub and terrace shower was so powerful very friendly helpful staff check in and out was so easy
Close to Times Square and the underground station (airport and everywhere in New York). Rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is a shame that the curtains are no longer there (contrary to what is shown on the pictures). Very friendly staff and easy to check in / out. A lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.
Small rooms with bad wifi connection, a TV that didn’t work, hairdryers that didn’t work. No personal interaction with any receptionist and the spaceship kind of vibe wasn’t really what I would recommend. The location was close to Times Square.
The location was excellent, the room clean & comfortable, and the staff absolutely amazing, special mention to lovely Nicol! She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Please Hotel Yotel, give your staff awards, they deserve it! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NYC! Thanks a lot! S & M
I enjoyed the room itself, it was clean with a nice shower and I appreciated that the bed folded to allow the room some walking space. Wifi was alright. However, the $35 was a total rip off and waste of money. For how expensive the rooms already are, and with how useless the things offered are, it is unacceptable for this fee to be compulsory. I would not come back for this reason.
All the staff were really friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Very close to Times Square. Check-in was really straight forward and got my deposit back in the taxi on the way to the airport. Even had late check out. Thank you for a great New York experience
I really like the only problem was that a lot of people knock at my door really late, the colors of the room looks really cool and the view too, it's close to the downtown so we only walk there like 6 minutes really good location
You check in your self. Super easy. A little confusing the first time to find your room but simple once you get the hang of it. The luggage storage doesn’t work so you have to pay a random other business to hold your luggage. That part wasn’t fun.
It deserves a higher rating if I was given the right information before my checkin, that I won’t need to carry my belongings from the garage to the lobby without elevator; it mentions every room can have a refrigerator, I never received one even after asking for two days.
For the amount I paid for a night, I expected a lot more. Room was fine and clean, with a nice view, but the rest of the hotel grounds were on the nastier side. Overflowing trash bins, dirty carpeting. The wifi was also very poor, coming in and out through my stay. I'm also used to seeing hotels having hidden resort/facility fees, and this one was no exception. What set this instance apart is that there's no one around to tell you what it covers. Did I get a breakfast credit? Tourist tickets? I'll never know. Last gripe is that early check-in costs $60. That's insane, especially when I'm the one checking myself in at the kiosk. It's like I paid you to make me do work haha. If I had not gotten in the city around 10AM, off a red eye, and it hadn't been sweltering July, I would've just waited til check in time but I was desperate. Overall, I just wish I'd spent that extra $60 getting a real hotel with an actual staff. Outside the location of the property and the decent sized rooms, I can't recommend this property.…
