Next to Empire State Building and close to everything!!! We enjoyed our stay here for 8 nights while visiting NYC (Manhattan). This hotel was conveniently close to everything, especially the Food Gallery on the next block where we had dinner almost every night. There is also a dunkin donuts nearby where we got our morning coffee. Of course, there were also coffee on the house that we grabbed from the lobby every morning before stopping by dunkin. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. Rooms were cleaned every afternoon, so be sure to leave them a generous tip! Staff are trustworthy, and the hotel is very safe - you can only get inside using your key card or if a staff lets you in. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be sure to come back on my next NYC visit.

Where do I start.. The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of "Service Excellence". We had the pleasure to meet Judy Rosario, the supervisor, who checked us in upon arrival. Judy has been extremely helpful and kind. We had a small hiccup with our reservation, because we booked through a third party website, but Judy patiently resolve the issue and made sure my mom, my sister and I start our NYC experience with a smile. She is a gem! The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. My room has a view of the Empire State Building. The restaurant staff is extremely attentive to every detail and very professional. The food is great, thanks to Chef Sean, and everyone's palette was satisfied with the AMAZING food. Shout out to Kevin, the young gentleman, who served us dinner and drinks at the restaurant and Pedro the kind and helpful gentleman at breakfast service . Both gentlemen were very professional, patient and polite. They all make you feel welcomed and at home. We are absolutely in love with this hotel and the staff. We will definitely be coming back!

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of several attractions like the NY Public Library. There were many stores to see for window shopping. The hotel was clean, secure and laid out nicely. The breakfast was ok. No water bottles in rooms, so you need to buy some before your stay or visit a local shop.
