My adult daughter and I just returned from a two night weekend stay at the Jewel. The hotel was perfect for us. The staff was personable, helpful, and accommodating and always ready to cheerfully help if necessary. The rooms while small as expected seemed to be new or recently refurbished and had everything we needed. They were very clean and almost minimalist in a slightly Scandinavian design way. Love the second floor lounge which was available before and after our reservation as well as the entire time we were there. There is a very good sushi restaurant next door and an American Girl store on the other side of the hotel entrance, perfect for my adult daughter to revisit her favorite childhood doll memories. Rockefeller Center is very close and the food options in the lower level concourse there were very convenient. We’d definitely stay there again.…

the hotel is in a great location near Rockefeller center. The staff was excellent, the hotel is very clean, the bed was comfortable, free coffee and water. Emanuel at the Reception desk was very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10/10 for location, staff friendliness and helpfulness. Services were very good, the 2nd floor coffee lounge was excellent; a great place to chill after a busy day sight seeing. Rooms were very comfortable and slept well during my stay. Only -ve was on checkout, the girl didn't seem to understand charging in sterling, could have been my Scottish/ Irish accent, but resulted in charges on my credit card. It didn't spoil my experience, I dealt with it once I got home.

Great little hotel in an amazing location in NYC. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable and great staff. The only downside was a generator that hummed all night which was quite annoying. Otherwise it would be 5 Star.

Will always try to stay at the Jewel when I travel to NYC. The best hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely accommodating staff for checking in and out. Location across from Rockefeller Center, close to the Kennedy Center and Broadway and not far from the museums was perfect.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel last minute when we missed our flight and it's in a great location and a perfect room for us! We had an issue with our thermostat, but they sent maintenance right up to resolve it. The guy who checked us in was very nice too

We had a wonderful experience! The room, to our surprise was so spacious! Getting a room in the city you’d think would be closet small, not this one at all! Everyone was so polite and mannerly. The hotel was very quiet. Also I’m the second floor they provide a nice little area, coffee, and bottled water. Extended beyond our expectations! I would definitely recommend the jewel and we would re visit for sure! It will not disappoint!

This was not my first time visiting The Jewel but it was my first time with my three children. The hotel is even more beautiful than I remember it. The parking was not far and there is a significant discount. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy, comfortable, and safe. It was a pleasure staying there and worth everything that I paid. Great core memory for my little ones!
