Everything was excellent! The staff was very kind and helpful and the Concierge Service also helped me a lot! The room was clean and beautiful and the hotel is located close to the Times Square. I would choose Intercontinental again and I recommend the hotel to anybody!

We checked into the intercontinental on the 28th Dec having flown from London we were pretty exhausted but buzzing to be in New York. Upon check in the receptionist "Mindy" was quite abrupt and spoke with a really condescending tone which I am not used to. Mindy informed us that we would need to pay $525 deposit I explained that...

Nice clean room, no view, great shower no negatives. We stayed in a 2 double bed room with a view of an office block. You don't go to NYC to look out your bedroom window but it is nice to have a nice view. Location is excellent and Birdland is directly across the road. I'd recommend The Westin staff of...

We use this hotel every year for our team offsite. it is conveniently located, the check-in/check-out is easy (and the bills are accurate), the rooms and beds are very nice, the bar is fun and the food is good. By NYC standards the rooms are spacious and very clean with nice bathroom amenities. My experiences have been so positive that...

This is a great location off 44/8th and terrific views of Times Square on upper floors. The rooms are clean, quiet and quite large. Easy to grab a cab, and the food at the restaurant and room service was wonderful. Also had a great nights sleep every night I was here, a delight when traveling on business.

This hotel is at Times Square so right in the heart of things. We went to New York to see a Broadway show & the hotel's location couldn't have been better, the theatre was literally just around the corner. The hotel itself is typical of any five star in a major city, very busy but still I found the staff...

The Hotel is in a great location, staff are friendly, the room ( Kingsize bed) was very nice, a really good hotel. The bar was a bit pricey but plenty of alternatives nearby. Really handy for Theatres, Times Square and Central Park.

Thanks for your review, Mehboob. We're glad to hear that our central location served you well during your time with us, though we do apologize about that check-in preparedness mishap on our part. We hope to have the chance to make this up to you during a future stay!

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
