I stayed at the Intercontinental New York Times Square before the lock down began. It was nice there, the rooms were clean and KaSherika Davis the guest relation agent was awesome. She made sure my boyfriend and I had a great room with a great view. She was so polite and helpful I would definitely stay here again just off of her service alone. Keep up the great work KaSherika Davis and the Intercontinental staff. I’ll be back!!
Came here Feb, 2020 to see Broadway shows. Selected it because it was close to our pre-packaged theaters, but it is close to many, anyway. Accommodations are excellent. In the bar, I had my first smoked whiskey. Very tasty!
My family jokes that I am a hotel snob. I have been to many Intercontinental hotels as a Spire member and I’ll have to add this to one of my favorites. It’s great to be near Times Square and to hear the backdrop of the noise, but I had a wonderfully restful sleep and the staff is exceptional here. Great location to eat, walk and to see New York. Definite return!
The Intercontinental Times Square reopened after a hiatus and the service was impeccable as expected. Check in was very efficient at the ambassador desk. Plexiglass had been installed in check in areas, sanitizing dispensers were on each floor near the elevators. Spacing decals were noted on the floor in the elevators and around the hotel. I had a breakfast package but the Stinger restaurant wasn’t open so I received a $25 gift card per day at Gregory coffee around the corner. I had the studio sky suite which had an amazing view up / down 8th Avenue. The room was quiet. Housekeeping came daily. The gym is well appointed and was empty when I used it. Overall, another spectacular stay at the IC at Times Square.
Very central to Times Square and many attractions. We thought staying in Times Square would be best but actually it was so so busy that as soon as you step out this hotel you were practically ran over by people. Not a reflection on the hotel but just the area really. The service at the hotel was great, on arrival the staff helped us with our bags, check in was easy and staff fantastic. The room was very small but offered everything we could want. Very clean, comfortable beds and despite being so central was not noisy. The gym in the hotel was great, very well equipped and modern. It was 24 hours so perfect to fit around our trip. The restaurant in the hotel was very expensive. Very smart and nice but both drinks and food very expensive. Overall if you are looking for a central clean and comfortable hotel then this is probably ideal. …
