Stayed one night during snow storm in February. Had high floor queen bed room with view down upon buildings in the area. Room was sufficient and compact, but smallish and lacked a comfortable sitting seat (albeit there was a desk chair). Also lacked a frig, which would have been

Rooms at this hotel are very nice and the shower was huge. The staff were all friendly even when faced with a large amount of guests to service. In particular, it was very helpful to proactively be sent an email before my stay highlighting the hotel's policies and amenities. The

First off, I hated my room. Yes, I’m used to small nyc rooms, but this one was really cramped and dark. Also, it lacked a room service menu. And after calling for one in the morning, it took a really long time for one to be delivered. Since I’m here on business, not having a

We appreciate the feedback. It's unfortunate your stay in our hotel was less than ideal. We're disappointed you had such challenges with our team and that we couldn't assist you in every way. Your experience is not on par with the high-caliber service we're capable of providing so we'll be sure to discuss your review and feedback moving forward. Thank you again for the valuable feedback. We do hope to see you again soon so we can share a more positive experience with you.

I travel extensively and was pleasantly surprised. The room is small, typical NY. Clean, modern and well laid out. Liked Keurig coffee machine rather than the usual undrinkable swill and cheap machine in many hotels. I like room service because I work late. This Hilton still has

This hotel is in a fantastic location for all of New York's "tourist-y" attractions - Times Square, Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Museum are all a walk or a walk + subway ride away. We also used Lyft rides a few times when we

Can a child go in bar area (16) with parents obviously have soft drinks x
That would be a NO. They will not allow anyone underage on the elevator to the rooftop bar. Hope this helps

Yes children can sit in the lobby restaurant. It’s more of a bar/restaurant, but the bar on the top floor is an adult only bar and it has a beautiful view!

Take the Air Train from JFK to Howard Beach and take the A train to the Financial District in Manhattan. Just be sure you take the A train that says "Far Rockaway," and NOT "Lefferts Boulevard." You can get a ticket from a machine & got all the way to Manhattan for about $7.75. A train is express so it should be fast too. Hope that helps.

The minobar would be sufficient to store insulin and other injectables for personal use. For special requirements I would contact the front manager

How I can get to the hotel from JFK please!!
Yellow Cab, Uber or you can take the train into Manhattan, but it's a bit of a hassle if you have luggage. And the train only takes you the East Side. From there you have to change subways to West Side trains or get a cab or Uber (which is easier than switching subway lines). I suggest cab or Uber unless you really can't afford it.
