The Club Quarters Hotel/World Hotel is our first choice when coming to NYC. It is close to multiple subway lines, good restaurants in the area, comfortable and clean rooms, super helpful staff, free internet, free coffee, and distilled/sparkling water. The small things mean a lot!

Comfortable, quiet, great, safe area. Friendly staff. Great bar, bar staff, view and cocktails. Stayed with sister and teen daughter. Attention to dusting and a few tired bits in the room but these were MINOR!! No breakfast but plenty of local places to choose from and free tea and coffee and water from lobby area.Had a great time in NYC made even better by having World Centre/Club Quarters hotel to retreat to. I was worried about noise and sleeping in NYC but this was a quiet little gem.

Years ago I hated staying near Wall Street... Now it is NYC's best-kept secret! After 20 years of construction and chaos, FiDi has returned as an amazing neighborhood. It is quiet, safe, and convenient to public transportation, ferries, The PATH train, shops, restaurants, and spectacular parks. Club Quarters is located in the heart of it. I love staying here, but you need to upgrade and book a room with a view. It will cost you a few dollars, but it will be worth the investment. This hotel has a beautiful rooftop terrace and unobstructed views of One World Trade. It is super quiet and convenient to everything in the City. I have stayed at the hotel 6 times since 2021. I always book a room with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. You can easily pick up provisions at the Riverside Market - located just 2 blocks West (toward the Hudson River). You can also pick up picnic food for happy hour on the roof. This hotel has a nice lobby, plenty of washrooms, and coffee, tea, and filtered cold water. The beds are comfortable, hot showers, and plenty of storage and hooks. The windows even open for some fresh air! Some rooms even have private terraces! You won't be disappointed.…

The location of this hotel is unbeat for visiting the statue of liberty, ellis Island and the 911 memorial. Staff was amazing from the front desk to the bar staff. I loved having the coffee machine in the lobby to make it fresh whenever I wanted it! The sparkling water dispenser was also a very nice surprise!

Nice little room for wife and I. Bathroom shelves were very dusty and few outlets were not working. Roof top had a beautiful view of WTC and surrounding buildings. (Which was across the st) Best part of our stay. Highly recommended and yes we will visit again.

I had a nice experience here at this hotel. I stayed here for one night on the 18th floor, and the best part about the room I booked was the view of the World Trade Center. I couldn't stop looking out the window.

I've had a lovely stay at Club Quarters until an interaction with a guy by the name of Arnold, who called himself a manager. The guy was probably the most incompetent front desk agent I have encountered. My entire stay was ruined because of the interaction over the laundry service process which he clearly did not explain properly. And instead of diffusing the situation and taking responsibility for his miscommunication, he stood his ground on being arrogant to a repeat customer.
