The location is perfect: in the heart of the financial district. The hotel is not the newest one, but if you are coming to New York, Manhattan, for 1 night, maybe the hotel luxury is not what you are looking for. The service at the reception was very nice and friendly. The taxi stand is just in front of the...

The location of this hotel is perfect for the 9/11 memorial, wall st area and not far to get to the beginning of the brooklyn bridge to start the walk across. We had a king room, which was sufficient for our 2 night stay - a little cramped but you have to remember you're in manhattan and it was good...

I needed a room with enough space to see clients. While it wasn't huge, it was large enough to accomodate my needs. Bed was comfortable, valet parking was very helpful, location was perfect and the staff were excellent, helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean--pillows and bed weren't the most comfortable, the location was amazing if you're visiting the 9/11 memorial, and the subway is right there too. It is pretty quiet on the weekend so you're not woken up by traffic. The view from the restaurant on the 20th floor is gorgeous, but don't waste your money on their...

This is my second time to stay there for the 5 Borough bike ride and it's a great place to stay. Most important: you can bring your bike into your room. Key element. The restaurant is very good, attentive staff, and easy access to the start line for the bike ride. For non-bikes, it is also very easy to get...

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We had a separate bedroom area and a living space with a sink and coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

We stayed at the Hotel for four nights in early May.We found the location ideal for the downtown attractions we wanted to visit. The Hotel's Reception Staff were very helpful and always found time to answer our questions. The view from the Roof Terrace overlooking the 9/11 Memorial Pools was stunning. Judge was extremely helpful - we hope he enjoys...

Looking forward to our 5-night stay that’s booked for July, I was reading through recent reviews to confirm that we made a good choice, and yes, consensus is overwhelmingly positive! More than 85% give 4 or 5 stars. Many people mentioned the excellent service, and at least from my pre-stay experience, I have to agree. When I saw a couple...

First, with absolutely no hesitation, I would stay here on every visit to Lower Manhattan. Use Google Maps to pull up where it is - you'll immediately note the close proximity to the World Trade Center, PATH train station, subway stations, Wall Street, Battery Park, The Staten Island Ferry, and Brookfield Place. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff...
