We stayed for 5 nights in a corner suite overlooking the new WTC. The Suite was clean and modern and had floor to ceiling windows affording amazing views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Our trip to the City this past weekend was an adventure- but thankfully everyone that the Hotel was extremely accommodating. Because of the explosion on 23rd on Saturday evening our arrival was postponed and we arrived at nearly 1 am. Due to the late arrival we overslept which caused our day to be that of complete chaos. When we showed... More

We needed this hotel to stay for a couple of nights before we fly to our destination. The hotel was in a very weird location. Nothing remarkable about the location, it is close to a construction work and the street ends a little bit after the hotel. however, there was a nice pizza place around the corner. We did not... The hotel exceeded my expectations! It was clean, well-decorated, comfortable and had larger than expected room and bathroom. I felt like I was staying in a much more expensive hotel. The one draw-back was that it was difficult to get to. This is because it is near ground zero, is in an old part of NYC and because many streets... More

The hotel is tucked into a small (charmless) street closed at one end for ongoing construction near Freedom Tower. The room was clean, acceptable size (by NYC standards), and quiet. The bonuses here are the nice guest lounge on the ground floor (with very good coffee) and a surprisingly good restaurant on the 20th floor with outstanding views of Freedom... More

Quick check-in. Note that the street is in part closed due to work near ground zero. We had the "superior" room with a little kitchenette, but the bed was a queen murphy bed. I was disappointed. The room was clean. We did enjoy the terrasses (2). There is water bottles station on each floor, it was insanely hot so it... More

Title says most. Wish the price was cheaper however this hotel and staff were accommodating. The bed was comfortable. I did however have an unpleasant check-out and was rushed out and really not paid any mind. For the view you receive from the room, the space in the room, as well as the complimentary water and your own unique bottles... More

I had done a lot of research on places to stay in New York for our first visit. In the end I chose the Club Quarters based on reviews, location and price and was not disappointed. We came direct from JFK on the Subway to World Trade Centre and it was a 5 minute walk from there to the hotel.... More

My friends and I stay here every year in April when we do the annual 9/11 Memorial 5k. We're from NYC, but we find it convenient to stay here the night before the race since it starts early and we usually do the 5k as a big group, so we all stay together and book a couple rooms the night... More

Positives: Excellent location close to Wall St and downtown. Citibike rack just outside the front door and a 24-hour Duane Read close-by. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff did the best with what they had to work with. Good wifi. Negatives: Extremely noisy airconditioner. Cheap-feeling linen. Dark, musty room. Stained carpets and couch. Breakfast choices limited and menu... More
