I've stayed here the first night I arrived in New York and it was more than I expected for a 2star hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable! The location is very great and they have nice staff. The breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Stayed 3 nights at the end of September 2015. The hotel is adjucent to Little Italy and Chinatown and within a walking distance from Wall Street and Greenwich village. The F, M and J Delancey/Essex station is one block away from the hotel. Thus, while not at the best spot in Manhattan, the location is fine. The infrastructure was in... More

The room was spotless, the breakfast was fresh, and the service was excellent. The young lady Jasmine was very resourceful, polite and overall i felt at home. I will most definitely recommend anyone to this hotel as well as staying again on my next trip. Thank you for making it feel like home.

We stayed 3 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were very small , but that's NY. Close to subway, and buses. Walking distance to Little Italy and China Town. Breakfast ok fruit not the best, cheap cream cheese, almost like curdled . For NY good value.

Last week I stayed in this hotel with my colleague Oscar, and when he arrived late at night from a dinner he asked me to help him find his glasses that he had just dropped. i was looking in the darkness with my hands basically between the two beds and I found a USED condom !!! that is the most... We stayed here for five days. The location and hotel was based on cost and served our needs to perfection. The rooms were ideal for the three of us and it was cleaned on a daily basis. The staff did an excellent job and we wanted for nothing. All staff were helpful and accommodating and we wanted for nothing. From... More

Great location near our event, with parking garage close by. Rooms were clean and quite small, but we were there just to sleep and the beds were comfortable. Our room was on the 4th floor and heard a lot of street noise but not enough to keep me from sleeping. Only two complaints: we were sent up to the 8th... More

After a long haul day flight from the UK this was just the ticket to rest my weary head. We landed in the evening of a Saturday and I was still queasy from the transatlantic flight and the roughest, readiest cab journey from John f Kennedy airport. Fortunately, check in was a streamlined as the facia. And before I knew... More

We spent one night here while visiting NYC for my birthday. Check in was smooth - we called to let them know we wouldn't be there until 8pm as we went directly to our Broadway show and then to dinner. Room is on the smaller side, but plenty of space for a two of us. They upgraded us, for free,... More

Staying in Lower East Side

Neighborhood Profile
Lower East Side
Straddling the bridge between New York’s thriving immigrant past and its modern transformation into a beacon of global art and culture, the Lower East Side is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the city. The blocks of tenements that represented the promise and blight of the Lower East Side immigrant experience now command top dollar for new residents. Right next to old-world delis, 24-hour bodegas, and the garment shops of Orchard Street, you’ll find hip clubs, fashionable bistros, and luxury hotels beckoning at all hours of the evening. If you love nightlife and live music, it’s hard to beat the scene here.
