Pros - the place is nice and they have small concert. no cover fee. good drinks. if you have 2 drinks with your partner, you are about break the most of $100 cons - Drink is !8.. that is ridiculous .. I do not want to have 50 ml alc for 18.. That is a rip off. Place is small.

I like priceline because I get a chance to check out a variety of interesting hotels that I might not have chosen had I been looking by name and star quality alone. This hotel was pretty hip and had their own nightly entertainment going on in the lobby bar which was cool and brought people in to make it seem... More

The hotel staff were awesome! Arty is the operations manager who is a seasoned veteran of the business . Lewis is the building engineer who is also a valuable asset. The hotel is in the perfect location for fast tracking around the District. Art.Parks.Food.its all a step away. Real people who make your visit relaxed and welcoming. We will see... More

We were excited about staying so close to things in Chelsea and the Flatiron building. A few weeks before our stay, a church, located directly across the street, burned to the ground. Sure enough, that was the view outside our window. I'm not saying that was a problem, it is what it is, but be aware that might be your... More

This hotel has just moved to the top of my NYC list of places to stay. We were in NYC for my grandson's 3rd Birthday. The Flatiron Hotel is in a Great location. We walked to Eataly for dinner and after dinner there was a park close by that we could take the kids to. The staff was very nice... More

There's a $19/day "resort fee," that they add to your bill. When I asked, they said it covers breakfast, Wi-Fi, and housekeeping! The front desk guy said that if I could prove that it wasn't written on my reservation, he would waive it. Of course, it's hidden in the fine print that nobody looks at. He said everyone complains about... More

I can't say enough about this top notch hotel! The rooms were so charming and luxe! This is a beautiful historical building and it is beautifully kept up. We had a Toshi Corner Deluxe room with 2 queen beds and it was ample and the windows were grand and were given access to free wifi. Our bathroom was beautifully tiled... More

Run like hell! This is a dump motel infested with lice and bedbugs! I reported them to the NYC Health Department. The manager was "not available" nor did the front desk try to do anything. It should be closed down!

Not impressed. Walls are very thin. You can hear doorbells in rooms down the hall. Rooms are spacious, which was nice. Front desk staff was very nice. My favorite part of the stay was the $19 resort charge per day. What resort? There was no pool, no fitness center and no restaurant. Housekeeping was very nice but they are stretched... More

This should be a nice little boutique hotel but it has a few oddities. The lobby is quite disorganized. The hotel bar runs right intothe lobby and is used for private parties and weddings and so on. So when you walk into the lobby you can feel like you are walking into someone else's party, which is not the usual... More
