Extremely clean and very convenient location. Will definitely be staying here again! The contactless check in was a so easy. Parking just around the block. Room felt very spacious. They answered all of our questions immediately when we used the hotel app

My boyfriend and I did a 'staycation' in the city for NYE. Park Terrace was a great choice! We had a view overlooking Bryant Park (there was some construction in an adjacent building that did not hinder our stay). It was accessible to all major train stations and local amusements. The app is great. We were able to text the staff for various needs/room service. The staff members were super friendly and accommodating. I love the COVID safety precautions the hotel has in place. The hydration station located on each floor was also a plus. I'll be staying here again!

Great location and comfy beds. We were in a deluxe high floor room and the view from the hotel room was a disappointment. We had a bit of a problem with the tv. But other than that it was a great stay. The lounge area on the 6th floor is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is very kind and helpful.

I had a great one night stay here the week after Christmas. There was contactless check-in, the room was super comfortable, the location great, and very helpful service. I received a $15.00 voucher to Angelina Paris, a nearby bakery. It was a great break, and I can't wait to go back.
