Stayed for two nights which is long enough for this type of hotel. The rims are quite small with no mini bar or tea/coffee facilities. The bed is very comfortable with clean linen and the bathroom of a reasonable size and in good repair ....More
We went to New York to watch a show in Broadway, so we had to find a hotel that was available with short notice. There were less expensive options, but was tempted by the reviews.

We stayed for 3 nights in Oct/Nov and enjoyed the hotel as a good base for exploring NY. Rooms were a decent size, staff were very friendly and helpful and location of the hotel is good. Decent value for money overall.
Check-in/Check-out: When I checked-in I believe the staff member told me check-out was at 10:00am (or something like that), I wound up checking-out at 1:00pm b/c I wasn't feeling well & they were totally chill about it. No late check-out fees either!

Five nights and six days to discover New York in family. The hotel is near of Times Square and near of subway stations. The rooms are clean but there is a lot of noise outside (trucks and cars and buses).

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We're from England, and paid cash in full upon arrival (with prior arrangement) - they took our credit card for incidentals, which is normal, but when I checked our account upon return noticed that the whole amount had been taken again...twice! The amounts were credited almost immediately but, with the exchange rate changes,I ended up a few pounds out of pocket - the whole thing was a bit bizarre. The Americans do love their credit cards, though (as opposed to our debits here in the UK) but, even though most debits are now Visa, you may possibly have an issue - I'd have a proper credit card handy, just in case.
