Absolutely horrible experience. We went for a special romantic getaway for the weekend. Booked a suite, upon arrival, the bathroom was filthy, covered in grime and had hand prints all over the walls. The bed was like sleeping on plywood and there was duct tape on the broken windows. We will NEVER be staying at Hyatt again.

I stayed three nights at this hotel. Despite the high cost of $500/night a day, but the service was terrible. The staff responded very unkind and passively. The shower facilities were worn out and the water overflowed out of the bathroom, forcing the used towels to be laid on the floor. We are 3 people at the party, but only two towels were provided continuously, and had to ask for additional towels every night. The response was very slow even when requested.

Trust the bad reviews here. We did not receive the room we booked, the front desk did not inform us of this during check in, nor did they ask if it was okay. Called the front desk after arriving to the room, and they said they don't have any of the rooms we booked, and cannot provide any compensation. I filled out the survey after the visit and the general manager emailed saying that he hopes out next visit will be better. As if it is worth another visit. Rooms are spacious enough but a little run-down. Really thin walls so if your neighbor is throwing a party, good luck. Very disappointing considering the price.

I have stayed in NYC countless times and the thing that has been consistent is that the rooms are small and the technology/facilities are antiquated. This hotel was very modern and the room was huge for NYC standards. I will be staying here on all future NYC trips.

We had issues with our AC and the mattress was way too hard, felt like I was sleeping on the floor; however, overall it's a nice place to stay. It was a more luxurious experience without the luxurious price.

It was a one night stay but it was perfect. We are going on a cruise from the red hook terminal and they location was across from pier 11 so that we could that’ take the sb ferry to the terminal. It was walking distance from a lot of things and food. The room is spacious and the staff is wonderful

I enjoyed my stay here when I had two days' worth of activities in low Manhattan, The room was clean, quite, and conducive to a good night's sleep. My only complaint about the room was the lack of a coffee maker but there is a coffee shop around the corner that opens at 7 a.m. Hyatt Centric is also conveniently located about a block from the Wall St./William St. subway stop.

We were double booked when I looked at alternative dates for our trip. A date confirmation was never made, nor was there a confirmation email, PIN number or any correspondence sent to us of the second reservation. We had to jump through some hoops and rely on the outstanding professionalism of the hotel staff to guide us through.
