Kind of off the beaten path if you are sight-seeing, but I was on business in the area so it was great for me.

Pros: My room was huge. I was blown away by the size of it. Nicely appointed with bed, oversize chair and ample desk space for working/eating, I have friends in Manhat

Beautiful hotel and really amazing staff. Felt like we were back in Europe during this stay in modern, stylish, unique interior design hotel. Hotel rooms very spacious which is unusual for the city unless you pay prime price. The hotel offers many nice hospitality surprises, like

I have tried several downtown NY options and Andaz is the best so far. Rooms are large and comfortably by NY standards. Staff friendly and the restaurant is good for business breakfasts. It is also very convenient for multiple subway lines which connect to any part of NY

The hotel has a worn, dingy feel to it. One of the managers indicated that it is being renovated extensively in the next few months. So, that should improve. Avoid the hotel coffee shop--much better, cheaper places to eat on the block. We ended up paying about $100 for 2 on a wee

Please explain the hotel room views. What is the difference between the Andaz suite with Manhattan views from your window seat AND the Andaz deluxe suite with stunning views from your window? Thank you..
No Stunning views at this place. As mentioned before, the Hotel is not at the top Floors of the Building.

What is the best way to get to andaz wall street coming from LaGuardia Airport? Thanks in advance fellow travelers.
Hello explorationunknown, There are a few ways to get to Andaz Wall Street - since la guardia is not connected to the subway you can take a bus (Q70) that goes to the subway, Roosevelt Ave-Jackson Height stop. From there take the R train all the way to Whitehall St Station. From Whitehall you will see the Staten Island ferry and that is on Water st. Walk along water street and our hotel will be on your left right across a duanne reade store. Its an easy 8-10 minutes walk. What I always say is that in New York you wont get lost since there are tons of people to ask for direction, sometimes even if you are not asking but people notice that you are trying to find your way someone will come to help you. (Note: You can also take the F or E train but you will have to transfer at some point to get to the 2,3,4,5 trains which will take you to Wall Street Station). Bus and subways are $2.75 per ride. Get an MTA card before hopping on the bus. - take a shuttle from the airport. This will take you from point a to point b easily since the shuttle will stop by the hotel. The only downside to this is that there will be a few stops along the way. You can check go airlink shuttle. This will cost you about $17/way - Take a taxi. The taxi can be anywhere between $35-50. It is a good way since it takes you directly to the hotel without having to drop off other passengers. The only thing going against you here is Manhattan traffic. Let me know what works for you.

Are there connecting rooms?
There is only one true connecting suite, that would be the Buttonwood suite to a double bedroom. The other select corner rooms have a connecting foyer door that can be closed off to make your two entrance doors private from the rest of the floor.

Does their Standard King and Standard king DELUXE have a separate soaking tub? Or it is just a walk-in shower for both?
-The deluxe king room, which has the soaking tub and walk in rain shower which are both in the same room together as each other which is closed off with a glass door and the bathroom toliet is across from the walk in rain shower and soaking tub but instead the toliet bathroom door is tinted dark glass. And in between both rooms the bathroom with the toliet and the walk in rain shower and soaking tub is where the sink and vanity are located . - the regular king room, where you can see only has the walk in rain shower. -Also the Andaz suite king bed has a walk in rain shower and soaking tub but is a little bit more money than the king delux but is nice and more spacious and has more room with 2 tvs: a tv infront of the king bed and has a living room area with a couch and two small sofa chairs on the right side of the couch and a mini table infront of the big couch with another tv on the wall across from the couch. Since I can not leave any links or html or pictures to show you here in the comments due to the sites guidelines, the link with all the room’s pictures and the 360 degree view video of each room. I can only tell you how to get to the link and page by following what I said below: You can see the pictures by going to trip advisor site here and type in andaz wall street click on the picture you see right away and it will bring you to the andaz wall street picture gallery and to view each room’s pictures click at the top left corner where it says albums and a list should come down click on room/suite . Than right upper top corner a little under where it said albums but on the right side of the page where it says Category, click on category and a list should also come down saying bathroom and the different room types and you can view each room’s pictures there by clicking what room on the list coming down and also gives you the 360 degree view of each room, so you can see which room includes what you are looking for and hopefully this will make it easier for you to choose the proper room you want. Hope this info is helpful to you with choosing a room!

Is there ample drawer space?
Hi, like everyone said it depends on the room. They do have drawers and a closet. If you know what room you want you can google the room name and the hotel and review the whole room in pictures or 360 degree view of the room, which would show you what and how many drawers and what type of storage is in the room.
