If you are coming from the airport I wouldn't go to Penn Street, there are a lot closer routes. honestly, we walked out of our first room, straight back to reception and refused to stay. 2nd room was ok. bedding seemed clean so did bathroom. lovely mixed race lady on reception who booked our bus tour .
