The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty good sized for Manhattan. The decor is unique. There is some wear and tear on the place as a hole. There is no lobby, just a check in desk. The hotel is situated on a street with several restaurants and bars. Nice, fun area. No parking on site but... More

Our large group stayed at the FQGA for 4 nights in July - we had two suite rooms rented - the rooms are huge and well appointed with dressers, kitchens, beautiful bathrooms, comfy seating areas, AMAZING balconies!!! and the beds are incredibly comfortable - I can not say enough about how amazing the staff are at the hotel - they... So glad I stumbled across this place. The room was so much bigger than most NYC rooms, we were 3 adults with 3 cases so were so glad of the extra space! The room was immaculate, loved the decor too! Free water and newspaper and they give you a little A4 sheet every morning telling you the weather forecast and... More

This place is a gem! The people who work here are super sweet, especially Kevin behind the breakfast bar. The included breakfast was amazing with croissants and coffee and pastries and cereals and toasts and fruit. We got upgraded to a king size bed in a beautiful room - huge! Only downside was noise coming from the bar on a... More

First trip to NYC for our family of two adults plus teenage boy and girl. We booked a two bedroom suite on the 5th floor which had an additional pullout bed in the living area so this worked well, pull out bed was very comfy unlike many we have suffered in the past. Air con and Wi-Fi were also both... More

We booked a two bedroom (1 bathroom) apartment on the fifth floor for five nights in June 2016. We arrived late in the evening after a transatlantic flight and were amazed to find we had our own large balcony which was particularly great at night when surrounded by the lights of NYC. Times Square was just down the end of... More

This is hotel cannot be better for price and location. It just around the Connor from time square. But just far enough that it's quite and relaxing. The restaurant attached to this hotel is good. This hotel situated and restaurant Row so there's plenty choose from.

My mother, my sister and myself stayed at this hotel in June and found it utterly delightful! The rooms are cosy, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom was clean and reasonably new. The included breakfast was only continental but had a good selection and the joining bar/restaurant had excellent food in the evening. The staff were all incredibly friendly... More

We stayed at this hotel the Saturday night before our Sunday cruise out of New York. The woman working the front desk when we arrived was absolutely fantastic (I wish I had gotten her name). We reserved a room through booking.com but that didn't stop them from upgrading us to a nicer room. We had a nice "double double" room... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
