If you want to get away while not really getting away, this is the place. The staff is friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. The rooms are sanitary and well decorated. The area has plenty of great food. A true "hidden gem".
Friendly and attentive staff. Ivan the doorman was attentive and friendly at check-in. Jennifer during check-in greeted us and offered her services for a late check out. Ivan was extremely helpful, with bringing our bags to our room and offering his services with recommendations to places to visit and eat throughout the city. Ivin went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Clean and worth every penny. Will continue to stay with West 57st Hilton Club in the future.
When many outsiders assume it's paradise living in Hawaii, I have been planning a vacation since May 2020. Since many countries will not allow Americans into their country yet, I decided to stay in Manhattan for 6 nights and chose the W. 57th Street by Hilton Club. Wonderful hotel with very caring staff. I rented a studio plus unit as it was centrally located, easily walkable to many sites and near the subway. Great grocery store (Morton- Williams) just 2 mins from hotel and five doors from Carnegie Hall. I felt very secure and safe as you must place your room card on the elevator reader before it allows guests to go to their room. Great safety feature as this prevents anyone not registered from entering. Room was spacious, clean and decorated with modern touches. Small refrigerator provided, but wished they had a small microwave in the room. Gym was not open and hotel/timeshare did not have a restaurant on site, but many options to eat less than 3 mins. away. Staff very knowledgeable and will give you information when asked. Highly recommend this timeshare/hotel!…
This is a amazing hotel in a amazing location. My family and I were thrilled to get the chance to stay in the Penthouse on the 25th floor. The view from the penthouse balcony of Essex House and the Central park is amazing to eat your morning bagel and evening drinks. The staff are what you always experience with HGVC , Ivy at the front door is one of the best always happy to help with advice or ideas and to talk to. I can not say enough great things about this hotel and staff!!
The Hilton 57 is located in a beautiful location close to everything including Central Park. The hotel as a whole was wonderful and well run. The rooms were well equipped and stylish. BUT...what separates this hotel from others are the employees. They are always helpful, upbeat and willing to help. Special mention to the front end manager Ron....he was extremely helpful and was there for your every need. Wish we could stay here every time we visit NYC. Thanks Ron and all of your employees for making this a very enjoyable stay !!
