Our location was perfect and so close to everything. Most everything was within walking distance while the subways were very convenient, too. Excellent restaurants were across the street or very close by. The staff at the Hilton was amazingly helpful.

One of the best locations in the city. Convenient to Time Square, Fifth Avenue and Lincoln Center. Boutique/club hotel feel. Good service and hard to beat. Many good restaurants near by. We will go back often.

The staff at this hotel is top-notch and very helpful. I made the mistake of not asking for names but the day doorman is pleasant and professional. The front desk staff is superb. I had a corner room, 1907, that was extremely spacious. There was just no wonderful view. I windows and facades of other buildings. This location can't be... More

I'm an Hhonors Diamond member and was not impressed - room overlooking the noisy AC fans in the back and you can hear other guests talk in their rooms through the ventilation system. And if you want your HH points credited, you need to be in the lobby before 8pm, no joke.

Greetings and services at entrance were particularly timely and courteous. All staff at check-in were courteous and inclined to serve. Location is strategic for NYC shopping, entertainment and dining.

Great neighborhood. Two-and-a-half blocks to Central Park. Near MOMA, next to Carnegie Hall. New Park Hyatt across the street, two nearby movie theaters, great restaurants within short walking distance, pleasant owner's lounge. 5th Avenue shopping. Friendly staff. Large, modern rooms.

We were there during 2016 NYC Blizzard. We had a 1 bedroom premier with fantastic view of the city. Location wise was very good, walking distance to 5th Ave, Broadway, Times Square and subway stations. Wish we were there during summer so we can enjoy sitting in the patio. However there were no breakfast options, but not to worry fantastic... More

I booked this hotel through my corporate travel site and didn't fully understand that it was a 'vacation club' concept - but it ultimately worked in my favor. I was there for a conference and what was important to me was, location, gym, wifi and breakfast. All were perfect and I was SO pleasantly surprised by the size of the... More

They sold us a great rate and room with a view at a Club property in NYC, all you have to do is give them 2 hours to explain about the Club option to be an owner. Well the room was way too small and you can't upgrade for any reason. This facility has no lobby (to speak of), no... More

The Hilton Club property on W 57th was the perfect place to spend a "Girls Weekend". Our stay was wonderful from arrival to checkout. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We were warmly greeted by name each time we came into the hotel. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful, the front desk, bellmen and managers all made... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
