Went as part of Vacation Club presentation. Everyone was very nice. Loved the location so close to Central Park. About a mile from Times Square, which we walked several times. We were on the 2nd floor and was worried about outside noise. While we did hear the traffic, we did not have any trouble sleeping. The robes were very comfortable. It was nice to have an umbrella available since it did rain one of the days. Great breakfast available to owners. We would definitely stay here again!

Location is in a great part of Manhattan - close to a subway station - close to Central Park. It's a perfect location to start my daily adventures around the city that I enjoyed doing for 13 days. Not too close to 42nd street so you could enjoy some peace and quiet. I loved its proximity to Central Park where I enjoyed several morning walks during summer.
Hotel staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating.
There was more than ample supplies of bare necessities that were replenished every four days when the room is completely cleaned.
There was no restaurant or cafe in the hotel but they provided a list of places closeby to go to where you get a discount by presenting a hotel guest card that the receptionist gives you.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel.

As owners, we took advantage of early booking through our club points. We stayed for four nights; it is one of the more expensive club resorts but we used some bonus points.

The staff were helpful, one lady was most attentive and learned our names which was great.

The rooms were bigger than I anticipated, with a big king-size bed, walk in shower which was gorgeous, and enough towels and amenities to get us through to the end of the trip.

Housekeeping costs $85 extra which we opted out of.

The owners lounge is out of this world. Bring quite young and this being our first ownership and trip with HCV, we were blown away by the options for food at both breakfast and in the evening, and the fact that ALL drinks were inclusive, including wine and beer. It was very clean, good size lounge with comfortable furniture.

All in all, an excellent trip, I'll be back in April with my mum!

For a quick one night trip to midtown NYC I was looking for a place to stay close to where other family members were going to be which meant the central tourist district on Black Friday. Not wanting to sacrifice quality, safety and cleanliness, while trying to be somewhat price conscious, I found this property and it seemed to fit my needs. I was more than impressed even on such a short stay. Regine checked me in and she was just so pleasant. I was able to access my room before noon which was very helpful. The King room was a nice size and the bathroom was a very good size and nicely appointed. Regine continued to be helpful with area recommendations and I appreciated a text later that day saying how happy they were to have me as a guest. I know it is just a form thing but they made the effort and I appreciated it.
Upon checkout the next day I stored my bag until later in the afternoon. When I returned Ivy retrieved my bag promptly and then escorted me halfway down the street to make sure I got a cab. I really appreciated the extra effort.
This is not a full service hotel but it is a solid choice in this neighborhood which gives you easy access to so much that you come to Manhattan for. The staff make all the difference. I only mentioned two but very on e was great.

We stayed here as part of using a package we had purchased form Hilton Club rather than buy a full time-share interest. We timed the trip for early January to match up with my wife's birthday and the fact that I had never been to NYC around Christmas and wanted to see it decorated for the season. The hotel location is great for the Broadway area, Rockefeller, shopping, Central Park.

Only issue with the suite room we had was the weird configuration of the bathroom in the master bedroom. The bathroom walls were all smoked glass, so when you turned on a light in the bathroom, it shined right onto the bed. Also, there was no door on the bathroom itself, so anyone tying to sleep or watch TV in bed had all the noise of the bathroom to deal with. Lastly, the toilet area in the bathroom also had smoked glass only walls/door, and the door had a full openings above and below the door itself, so there was no privacy for someone on the toilet.

When many outsiders assume it's paradise living in Hawaii, I have been planning a vacation since May 2020. Since many countries will not allow Americans into their country yet, I decided to stay in Manhattan for 6 nights and chose the W. 57th Street by Hilton Club. Wonderful hotel with very caring staff. I rented a studio plus unit as it was centrally located, easily walkable to many sites and near the subway. Great grocery store (Morton- Williams) just 2 mins from hotel and five doors from Carnegie Hall. I felt very secure and safe as you must place your room card on the elevator reader before it allows guests to go to their room. Great safety feature as this prevents anyone not registered from entering. Room was spacious, clean and decorated with modern touches. Small refrigerator provided, but wished they had a small microwave in the room. Gym was not open and hotel/timeshare did not have a restaurant on site, but many options to eat less than 3 mins. away. Staff very knowledgeable and will give you information when asked. Highly recommend this timeshare/hotel!

This hotel is great. Down the street from Central Park and near plenty of restaurants. The hotel staff are more accommodating than most Hiltons but that is expected due to the price tag. Some examples of exemplary service include: delivering water to the room, immediately fixing a maintenance issue, delivering a microwave to the room, going above and beyond to accommodate a room request. Also there are like 100+ TV channels. Walgreens is right next door.

From the moment you walk into this club, you feel like family is welcoming you in. Although this hotel club is part of the HGV portfolio, whether you are an owner or not at this location, the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you will feel like you are a part owner at this club. Of course the success of hospitality begins at the front door. From the moment when you first make contact with the doorman, and then transition to the front desk, where you have workers such as Sheril, Elvis, and management ready to take care of your needs to make sure that your trip is not only enjoyable, but memorable. If you are looking for a nice, quiet hotel to enjoy downtime, while you prepare for your next day adventures, look no further!

There is nothing about Hilton Club West 57th Street New York that is/was disappointing. Location, Location, Location, The only negative comment I can make is, the parking situation in the city. You can either pay $40+ dollars a day for self park or Valet park for $60+ a day!!!

There is a saying, “First impressions are lasting”. Likewise, I will always remember my experience walking into and staying at this Hilton.

The front desk staff were so accommodating. No matter how many times I “misplaced” or deactivated my room key, they provided me a reactivated one without delay and with a smile. Their recommendations of amazing restaurants were right on point, particularly the upscale Red Eye Grill in Manhattan. The staff asked questions regarding my preferences for theater, tours and shopping; and they were very knowledgeable. I regard them as the ideal Service Ambassadors for the Hilton franchise, and for the immediate vicinity of Manhattan / NYC.

The names of the impressive and accommodating Front Desk Staff are Jennifer, Anthony, Regine, and Sheryl. The names of the very professional and efficient Bellmen are Ivan and Ivy.

Consummate professionals, they are!

Daily, I looked forward to the staff greeting me as I went to and fro. They made this Hilton property feel like my “home away from home”. If ever I return to NYC, I will think Hilton first; and the WEST 57th STREET by Hilton Club, in particular.

Hilton, please acknowledge the seamless efforts and exceptional performance of this team; listen to them; reward them; and train & develop them for promotion / advancement. This is the kind of staff that you don’t want your competition to employ. If they do, they will have a Winning Team!
