We stayed at this Hilton for 5 days in July. The hotel was great and the staff even better, from the time we checked in with Regine until we left they made us feel like family. One morning spoke with Bob about going down to Little Italy and he told us how to get to the subway, which train to take and where to eat, which everything was spot on and made traveling on the subway so easy. Definitely would stay here again!!!
I was supposed to stay at a different Hilton property on Sixth Avenue but was moved to this location b/c of the pandemic. I could not have been more surprised by the amazing team of bellmen and front desk support. We had a one bedroom premiere suite on the 23rd floor and even though our view wasn't fantastic, the room was great, the furniture, finishes, bathroom were all outstanding. we had a huge soaker tub and a separate shower and a great pullout bed in the living room. By far the most enjoyable part of our stay was the great team in the lobby
Customer service means a lot to me. My wife and I enjoyed how you made us feel from the moment we arrived until we got into our ride heading back home to the airport . The location was in the center of everything with Carnegie Hall a few doors away and central park a few blocks away.
Our mini getaway to NYC was fantastic. Everything about the Hilton was perfect. Friendly attentive staff, large spacious newly appointed room and a location that is perfect for everything we wanted to do. We had a great time
This location is absolutely amazing! From Valet to Valet! You are right in the middle of everything! If not just a Subway ride away! Central Park and all the shopping and shows you would desire! Enjoy yourself!
We were so pleased with the 57th St Hilton! The room and bathroom were updated, attractive, and very clean. The location was ideal - within walking distance to Broadway, Central Park, shopping, and restaurants. The staff was cordial and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We arrived from Toronto and stayed in the beautiful penthouse suite on the 26th floor. We were greeted by Cheryl at the front desk who was warm, welcoming and incredibly professional. She made us feel so at ease and offered us some excellent suggestions while we waited for our room to be ready as we were early. Once we entered our room we were blown away by its cleanliness and superior amenities. We also had the opportunity to have a few conversations with Julius who joined us on the terrace to make sure we were enjoying our stay. He offered us really interesting information about the city and we had a few laughs about Canadian celebrities who work and live in the States. The staff is incredible and we cannot say enough great things about our experience in NYC. Best Hilton Grand Vacations Club we have ever been too in our 20 years as members. Thank you Cheryl, Julius, Regina and James for your excellent service!…
We stayed in room 1406. Had a great street view. Room was very clean. Bathroom was a great size and loved the shower. The bed was very comfortable. Staff, especially Regine at the front desk, were awesome! Hotel was in a great location, very close to the Metro, great restaurants, Central Park and roof top bars. Can't wait to go back. Only drawback is the cost to park your vehicle. We were quoted $40 per 24 hours when we booked the hotel and when we checked in, the cost had gone up to $63 per 24 hours. We were not happy about this but nothing we could do about it. Other than this, we were extremely happy with our stay and the with all of the staff members.
perfect location, super friendly staff, nice, new, spacious rooms. It's got it all! I was a little concerned about the time share caveats, but it had everything I needed. Right next to Central Park, F-line, and Times Square.
The facility is a nice facility and the staff was really good. My biggest issue with this property is that there are no amenities for non owners. No work out station or lounge, just a place to lay head
