I booked the rooftop for a corporate event and the venue was gorgeous, staff amazing and food fantastic! This was our first get together due to Covid and the staff at the Mondrian couldn't have made it easier! I also stayed overnight following the event and was delighted with the room! The rooms are spotless, chic and comfortable. They even have rooms with balconies! The staff is so helpful and welcoming. I recommend the Mondrian to anyone looking to hold an event or just a wonderful place to stay while in NYC!

I am quite disappointed at the whole check in experience. I chose this hotel out of many in the area because it looked really nice and wanted to try something else besides The James where I normally stay. I will be here for 10 nights and asked for a quiet high floor room. I was told it was completely sold out and if I wanted an upgrade next time to book directly with them instead of booking.com. So I was put on a low floor right next to the elevator and can hear people in the hall. I wasn't told any info about the hotel, not the wifi info not about the bar or if there was food on site. Just a simple here is your key and there's the elevator. The room is a nice size and clean.

Really lovely staff. Had afternoon cocktails for a work event on the terrace. Great views, lovely people, strong cocktails. Highly recommend asking for a mezcal margarita! They also have a decent beer selection, which I feel is difficult to find at more upscale places for whatever reason

I visited NYC for the first time to see family, and they insisted we visit the Mondrian, specifically the rooftop terrace. I LOVED the artwork in the elevator, even the bathroom was incredible! Bernard was charming and facilitated an incredibly hospitable environment. Koko, Kristen, and Tanner were very professional and were there to service our every need. I would be remiss without including our visit from the lovely Esther Song. She was such a welcoming presence and made us all feel like family. 10/10 experience. I cannot wait to return to NYC and the Mondrian Terrace is definitely on my list of places to be.

The Mondrian Hotel is back and better than ever. After a crazy year the Mondrian is back with even better experience and service than I remember pre Pandemic. If you are looking to host a cool event or just have a nice evening out the Mondrian is for you!
