Have stayed here a few times and enjoyed every stay. Rooms are fairly large (remember this is New York), very clean and the staff are very professional and friendly. Subway is down the street and very convenient.

Amazing service! We were served by Kelly most of our stay! She was a gem, we were upgraded on our room and breakfast as we were on our honeymoon. They helped take our bags to the room. The room was really Big for the price paid!! As for the noise complaints from other reviews, it's NYC and the hotel is...

Great property. Clean rooms. Friendly courteous staff. Great dining options within walking distance. Coolest thing is that 28th Street is famous for all of its floral wholesalers and storefronts. I stayed the week before Thanksgiving and the fresh Christmas trees were just starting to be delivered and displayed.

I stayed here with a friend with the only expectation of a clean and basic bed to sleep on during 2 nights in NYC. What we got was so much better than expected! This is a small but nice boutique hotel right in the middle of Chelsea. You can easily walk to the city's main attractions. I would definitely go...

Bed was very restful but watch out for breakfast lady. One nasty lady when I ask to turn on the news she switch the shows to exotics videos and social disturb reality shows. This is only day one of a five day visit. I'm made be in hell this week.

Tired rooms, windows that do not block the street noise, a broken shower handle with very weak current and an old air conditioning that can not be tuned turned this hotel into a 3 star hotel at the most.

The hotel is located in the main street of the flower market. Don't be alarmed if you arrive after dark as the dingy looking street is transformed in the daylight and has lots of character. Not far to walk to Maddison Square Garden, Empire State Building and Macys. Good restaurants nearby on 6th Avenue. The hotel was slightly disappointing, but...

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The foyer, lifts and common areas look a bit outdated, but the rooms themselves were lovely, and a reasonable size. The staff were all extremely helpful and the hotels locations proved to be good as you could walk to Times Square or to soho, Greenwich village etc. had a great stay, thanks

I have stayed in a few hotels in Manhattan and this was one of my favorites. If you have bad allergies, I highly recommend this hotel. The floors are wood or a composite wood, bathrooms very modern and clean. Pleasant Hotel staff.
