Tucked in the heart of Chelsea, the new Hotel Hayden feeds on the energy of two of New York City’s most enduring and iconic commercial neighborhoods. At the intersection of the Fashion District and the Flower District, it’s a modern boutique gem just steps from world-famous local landmarks (including the Empire State Building and Madison Square Garden). Formerly the Hotel Indigo Chelsea, the hotel welcomes its guests by treating them to stylish 122 guest rooms and suites, full-service restaurant, a round-the-clock Fitness Studio and Business Center, and a rooftop bar with city views both old (vintage water towers) and new (Freedom Tower). At Hotel Hayden, we’re all about anticipating your needs. Whether it’s fast, reliable WiFi, a workout that fits your schedule (even if it’s before dawn) or a welcome treat for your four-legged travel companion, we won’t stop until we know we’ve provided the service and amenities that are essential to your New York City stay.

Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

This hotel can't be beat. Asst. Mgr. Curt and his staff were fantastic. Allowed early check-in and helped print our boarding passes at check-out. Clean, courteous, safe and killer rooftop. Contacted us about our lost car keys and mailed them back. Don't hesitate. Book it.

We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the Trade Show we were attending. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable, the heater didn't work properly and was loud, blowing cold air all night. It was finally fixed, but we were unable to sleep first two nights. There were a

Dear 739tanyaa: My sincerest apology that your stay with us was not a pleasant one. As you have probably already seen from our many reviews, we work very hard to meet or exceed our guest's expectations - I am so sorry that we fell short. You have my commitment to work with the Mykonos Blue operator to ensure the lines of communication are not only open but clear as to their hours of operation. I would love the opportunity to have you stay with us again so that I can show you the highest level of hospitality that I know we are capable of delivering. If I can be of assistance in any way, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Sincerely, Curt H

First time at this hotel and I was very impressed, esp compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The place felt like new - wonderful renovations. Price was reasonable and location convenient to Penn Station and other amenities.

Is there a grassy spot on site for dogs to use the bathroom?
Hi Sheri A, The hotel does not have any grassy spots near it however most of the locals just make sure to bring several bags to clean up the side walk. When you get the hotel we can also point you in the right direction of the closest parks.

Is there free parking available nearby?
New York City land is so valuable, there is no free parking anywhere. You can find reasonably priced lots on the Hudson River, but they are far from the center of anything. There are very valuable parking apps available on the iPhone and Android. As the above writers have noted, you can find something for maybe $40-$50 a night.
