I will never stay here again. I had asked the hotel to address a serious concern and brought it to the attention of the hotel directly (twice) and they promised to look into it, but they never responded. I reached out to the IHG hotel chain several times directly with the same

Stayed one night for a business trip. Bed and room was comfortable for one night stay. My king bed room had quite a spacious Balcony/patio. Close to WTC, which is where I was visiting for business. The Front desk was also friendly and guided me on the shortest route as well. The

Upon check in, I had asked the front desk about the fitness center, and the (I'm assuming) maintenance man was standing there and informed me that the fitness center was closed due to some issues and not sure when it would open back up. My problem with this is not necessarily

I am so sorry to learn about the problems you had with the closure of our fitness center, our staff, and the room temperature control just to name a few. I understand your disappointment and this is the last thing we want our guests to feel. I will definitely share your comments with our team for necessary improvements needed. Did one night stay at April. Nothing special but the only impression to me is that I was put on a hold for more than 15 minutes on the line while calling the front desk. While I hang up and call again the front desk, the same staff seemed she totally forgot it. With this

Take cab/bus to Newark Penn (railroad) Station. PATH to World Trade Center. Walk thru Oculus/Fulton St to subway downtown. If you have a lot of luggage, it might be best to take a NJ Transit train from Newark to NY Penn Station and take a subway/bus from there. Hope this helps. PS - there are trains from EWR to Newark and NY but check the schedule and remember the AirTran monorail can be unreliable, especially in bad weather.

For direct travels to Columbia University you may catch the Number 1 Train at Rector Street Station, which is about a 8 minute walk from the Hotel. You may also take the Numbers 2 or 3 Train at Fulton Street Station and Transfer for the Number 1 train at 96 Street. The latter is probably the more convenient and quickest option.
