Good check in facilities but were given the wrong room initially..quickly rectified.
We stayed on the 36th floor and had a great view of the Empire State Building.

Hi. No, not included in room price, but we ate 'all-American' in the Ticktock Diner situated off the main hotel foyer and had nothing but good experiences. Plenty of lovely places, try the nearby Skyline Diner where there were lots of workers (always a good sign!). Enjoy your stay!!
