First time in USA. Staff at the hotel were so helpful. Top customer service thank you for making our visit a pleasurable one. Situated in a good spot for all major sight seeing. Would definitely recommend the Seton Hotel

Great location, love the "no frills" together with no hardships. Everything was good quality and well maintained. We loved the nearby "Everyday Gourmet Deli" which had all the food we wanted, cheap and quick!

We were in town for a travel conference and stayed at the Seton. It was comfortable enough although the rooms are very compact. The walls are pretty thin so I was glad the UN general assembly was over the day we arrived. The staff was very accommodating

Small hotel in a very nice and convenient location. It is clean and "cute". The rooms are very small and it is a struggle to move if more than one person in the room. Staff is ok, there are is no minibar, no safe and no room service. Would try sometimg else the next time.

We stayed for 5 nights in April. Good Points : Great location Friendly staff Clean & Tidy Hotel Bad Points : Small rooms Shared bathroom Summary : Our 1st room was a shocker. Small and like a closet with inter-connecting room. Had to request a move and was willing to pay to move. Initial disappointed but the bigger room which... More

Location is very good being close to Grand Central Station and not too far from Times Square and The Empire State Building. Rooms aren't huge but with high ceilings they do feel quite airy. Air con units can be noisy and therefore not great to leave on overnight. Problem opening the windows is the street is busy. Friendly staff, rooms... More

Cute little rooms (very little) that were nicely decorated. Staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Liked the location in the city, just a block from Grand Central Station. Our room was on the second floor. When the garbage was being picked up out in the street it sounded like the truck was parked in our room. It... More

Wonderful staff, very informative if area, Once you get passed the smaller rooms that you may be normally used to, rooms are very charming, clean and modern. Security is good, you have to be "buzzed" in after certain time even though the area is fine. If you like to walk, not far from most main attractions, otherwise GCS is a... More

This hotel is the cutest one I have ever been in. It feels welcoming, cozy, clean, and modern. The staff was great and helpful (like others have said Brittany was very helpful and kind...there was a male there with her helping me at check-in and they were both SUPER helpful even though they were having slight computer issues). The free... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighborhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
