We recently had a long weekend in NYC and stayed at the Milburn. It is in a great location, in a nice upper west side area, close to good restaurants, the subway and away from the craziness of Time Square. Both of our parties stayed in rooms that had 2 double beds - they were well appointed and a good... More

Having had a bad journey over and the last hotel having been so bad (one UN - avoid) I was expecting the Milburn to not be up to much. But I was pleasantly surprised. Spacious and quiet room. Fitted three adults without any problem. Nice little kitchenette and comfy beds. The decor is not modern but personally I liked it.... More

Milburn Hotel has some real nice suites very close to Central Park. Splendid grocery stores near by. If you pick a suite with your kids (or maybe while traveling more than two adults) the pull put bed in the sofa in the living room isn't too comfy - unless you prefere a hammock where you meet in the middle in... We stayed at the Milburn for 6 nights. I grew up outside of NYC and now go back almost every year, and while I've stayed at some hotels, including the Milburn, more than once, I've stayed at numerous different hotels so have a good standard in the Milburn's price range. Where the Milburn really stands out is room size, which... More

Good location and very close to the finish of NYC marathon. We enjoyed the walking distance from the finish area to the hotel. Good and very helpfull staff. Rooms offers good space and we even had a little tea kitchen. Nice and clean.

Stayed here for one night and it was perfect for our needs. Check in was straight forward and hassle free. Room was nice with two queen beds and a crib was already set up as requested. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Kitchen area was on the small side but big enough for a small fridge, sink and microwave. Fit... More

I visit NYC often and the Milburn was not my first choice, but it may be next time. The neighborhood is one of the best, if you are looking for more of a real NY experience and less of a Time Square tourist experience. Pros The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, beds comfortable, and fluffy pillows. I stayed... More

My husband and I just had a great 3 day stay. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. It has old NY charm. The only small drawback could be the small bathroom, but that was made up for by the room having a kitchenet! Much better use of space. We caught the subway nearby for sightseeing, and in the evenings... More

Unfortunately, the included continental breakfast is no more (although there were vague hints that it might return). Prices may be slightly lower on line than at the front desk, but now fairly pricey for our long stay. Still, our king suite was huge (but with the world's teeniest bathroom). Air conditioning quiet and individual room controls great. Lots of hot... More
