I have just come back from a short trip to NYC and decided to stay at Ace after reading the reviews. It is the coolest hotel I've ever stayed at! Everything has been thought through carefully and I loved the experience. The hotel is just 2 minutes from the iconic Flatiron building and within walking distance of lots of other...

If there's one word to describe the Ace Hotel it's "cool". The vibe is great, the staff is great and so accommodating, so nice. I was blown away! The hotel is located close to subway stations and it's walking distance to pretty much anywhere in manhattan. We stayed in a room that looked out to the Empire State Building and...

Stopped here for two nights and had an excellent time. It's really a wonderful place to stay with staff who were really friendly and good-natured. I had a "small" room, which was anything but. The bed was really comfy, the room quirky and quiet and the entire hotel has a wonderful vibe. I will stay here again.

The Ace NYC is perfect, as long as you know what you are getting into. Stay elsewhere if you are looking for a quiet, family place. Stay elsewhere if you are looking for a Four Seasons environment. However, the Ace is one of the best hip hotels in NYC. Live music, amazing coffee shop attached to the lobby, great room...

This is a hotel for those who want to post on FB "I stayed at ACE". The design is fantastic old chic 20's combination of warhouse, office and prison (sounds weird but is really well done), the atmosphere electric. This hotel of not for hose who want to have a comfortable bed (I had a bunk bedthat reminded me of...

Hello Lars414, Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy our Bunk Bed room, but I'm thrilled to hear that you liked our building, design and service (a point of pride, I must admit). We'd love to have you back and show you some of our other room options. I will reach out to the email...

I was in New York for business, and the location of ACE was extremely convenient. I loved the Stumptown Coffee joint attached to the hotel. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful! Great customer service. The lobby tables seemed to be filled most of the time (perhaps with Stumptown customers), which deterred me from enjoying...

I stayed at the Ace last Saturday following a recommendation from a work colleague. It was pitched as fun and it was. The staff could not have been more helpful and even charged my phone while I waited for a coffee. The reception is great and has a real community feel to it. The room was a good size for...

Stayed for one night in August of 2013, the staff graciously accommodated a very early check in as we were stepping off of a red eye. Everything about this stay was perfect, the staff and room were great!

I've been going to New York every year and have tended to stay at the Hudson more often than not. I thought I'd try something different this time and definitely have a new favourite now. The atmosphere in the lobby is superb. One can easily spend a few hours there. Coupled with great food at the Breslin, (Lamb Burger is...

The location for this seems a bit funky, but it's actually a 5 minute walk to all sorts of good things. Empire State building, Herald Square (Macy's), Times Square, Flat Iron, Madison Square Park, Union Square...Eataly. The Ace bar has long been a cool spot to grab a drink and talk loudly, and the three restaurants right there (Breslin, John...
