We stayed at the townhouse inn as we were looking for a place near Madison square garden comfortable for 3 adults-mom and 2 twenty-somethings. We have spent lots of time midtown and uptown, but this was our time to enjoy the Chelsea and downtown area. The location was perfect. Walkable to all our interests (msg, high line, Madison park) and... More

We really enjoyed our short stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. This was my first time in NYC, and I'm so glad we stayed here compared to a big box hotel. It might not have the amenities other hotels offer, but honestly I never use most hotel's amenities anyway. This was a much more personal experience. Eric was so... More

Loved Everything about this adorable Townhouse Inn. What a spectacular experience. I have been going to NYC every summer for a weekend get-a-way with family to meet our VA cousins, perfect 1/2 way location! We have been traveling to NYC for appr. 10 years and would stay in different parts of the city to experience it all! Well, we (6... More

Every year a group of us meet up in NYC from different parts of the country. For 10 years we chose a different location in Manhattan so we can explore different sections of NYC. We have decided we will forever come back to this wonderful place! The rooms were so comfortable and roomy, bathrooms were large for NY standards. We... More

Having traveled and lived in Europe, this in felt like coming home to a pensione! Eric and Ryan were extremely welcoming. The breakfast was exactly the right amount of food to start the day. The location was extremely convenient to the subways to explore all NYC had to offer. Will recommend to traveling friends in the future.

What a great find! This little hotel is right in the midst of Manhattan, and yet was very reasonably priced. The room is very clean, nicely decorated, and spacious by Manhattan standards, with a private bathroom. The bed is comfy, and free Wi-Fi is nice. Eric, the host, is super friendly and eager to help us in any way. In... More

This inn is a mixed bag. Our Deluxe Room had a comfortable and attractive king size bed, a tiny settee so low to the ground that neither of us could get out of it without help, no room phone, a tv the size of a computer, stained carpeting (including a round throw rug next to the bed with stains that... Customer Service Fail! The first night our shower was broken. Things happen, we get it. Unfortunately another room wasn't available to change us to that night and no one could fix it that night. Ok, unfortunate but we get it. Night two, we return at 7pm after a long day of work. Apparently a pipe had burst in the building... More

More than I expected for the price and better than I could have hoped for, this inn is now my Number One choice for travel to NYC. Located within half a block of several subway lines, close to hip watering holes, comedy clubs and within a sort trip to sites and venues up or down town. Inside is very welcoming... More

My wife and I spent just a night with our 10-year-old daughter on our way to visit friends in Brooklyn. We wished we could have stayed longer. Our room on the third floor facing the church next door was spacious and quiet. Our daughter loved the pull-down Murphy bed that was tucked in an alcove by the window. Our own... More
