I might have overpaid for a hotel that I thought would be at least a Hampton Inn standard that we are used to. It looks old , carpet is dirty , needs updating all around , room is cramp, bathroom is very small, elevators are...More
This was a great choice for my NYC trip! Ask for a front facing room and you will have the Empire State Building to your left and the original Macy’s to your right.
The subway is half a block away. This particular subway station, Herald...More

Really struggling to find any fault with this hotel. Check in process was smooth & staff were helpful. We requested to move rooms to a lower floor (we were originally on the 20th floor), due to not being keen on heights and the staff were...More
Too loud (hotel noise, not including street noises), internet unusable and breakfast mediocre - mostly carbohydrates and no super accommodating to someone gluten free. No enough help at front desk, so slower problem resolution. Staff was friendly and helpful.More

The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is close to the city center and well connected with public service, the room was nice, wide and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning very tasty and full of different things. Definitely recommend.

Thank you so much for your review of our hotel. We are glad you enjoyed your stayed with us. We appreciate your stay with us and hope to see you again.
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit - spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's paradise where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
