Came to NYC for two nights for a birthday party. Booked ink 48 via Amex , which turned out to be a mistake as I paid way more via Amex than what they were offering the rooms on other sites. Got 100 dollar credit to use for food and beverage however the hotel makes it impossible to spend. You cant charge food in the restaurant to your room! Which is insane to me ! They also charge an amenity fee for nothing plus you have to pay for WiFi. Couldn’t get up to the roof top bar tried three times but was full of non guests! Room wasn’t made up once . I hit the make up room Button and called down to the front desk twice. In the end I took towels of a cart I found in the hallway , however house keeping banged on my door at 9am on check out day ! Front desk guy I was dealing with had a bad attitude and blamed covid for their lack of any thing. It’s a shame as this hotel is next to my office so would have been so handy for business trips. Will never go thru the door again and don’t recommend anyone else to bother either

My daughter and I arrived after being at the hospital. She broke her leg and Nick in reception, Musa and Jesse in the entrance and Mar in the Restaurant, went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. They helped so much. What a great team and what great staff. Thank you.

The hotel is nice, clean, but most importantly it has awesome big rooms at a reasonable price, unlike the rest of NYC. Anthony at the front desk, is the most outstanding member in a crew of people that will really go out of their way to make you feel at home. Location is good, though it is a 15 min walk to metro stations.

The Ink48 was an incredibly fun and wonderful surprise in so many ways. From the outstanding bar, to the very well-appointed rooms, to their great supply of bikes available for guests, this hotel is a gem. But by far the best thing about the Ink48 is the amazing attention of their concierge staff (and Anthony Bosco in particular!) Anthony intervened at a moment of stress for us, when we were trying to return a product to a NYC location but getting no cooperation from the vendor. Anthony stepped in, took full responsibility for the return on our behalf and invited us to "just relax." This is the kind of fabulous attention we all USED to expect at hotels, but can still find at this wonderful property. Don't hesitate to stay at the Ink48, and hope you're lucky enough to have Anthony or any of his colleagues attending to your needs.

Where do I begin? My friends were celebrating their 10 year wedding anniversary and I wanted to surprise them with something special for when they arrived. After all, I was their Minister. I was thinking of having a bottle of wine or champagne sent up to the room. I called the hotel and spoke to Anthony in concierge and told him what I was thinking. Anthony came up with an even better idea. He had me send him a couple of pictures of the happy couple, he printed them out, put them in frames, set them up in their room with rose pedals scattered around them. Talk about going above and beyond!! Thanks so much, Anthony!
