At a hotel in which I liked everything—the room was big, the beds were comfortable, coffee was available in the lobby in the morning—one aspect stood out. Chris Ortiz, the bellman, was amazing! He was so helpful and positive. I’d come back to stay at the hotel just to see him! Thanks for everything!

Still haven’t received my 700 dollar deposit back. It’s been 2 months… I’ve been contacting the hotel via email few times, called them and got no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable and ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Ivan was a great help at the front desk with getting me checked in my room. It was very a Fast and easy process and He showed us great hospitality and was very welcoming. Also the hotel was lovely, 10/10 experience! I will definitely be back for my next trip

The customer service at this hotel is terrible. The only nice thing this hotel has are the bathtubs. The people who work here hate the customers, they hate their jobs and overall make the hotel a horrible place to stay. It is no surprise the bar and the restaurant have gone out of business. The hotel will be next. My experience was with the night time pair who checked me bungled their system and charged me twice at check in for a room that was prepaid was pitiful. They seemed to find it funny the fact it was midnight and they said that I can't be checked into a prepaid room after paying for it at check in again and again. I am certain the hotel will justify the financials all well and good. They have no hope of justifying the customer service of the two trolls at the desk over night. This building will stand a long time and the people working here at the start of 2024 are nothing more than an ink stain that will be whited out very soon I'm sure. Javon when you loose your current job and we both know it will be soon... I hope you find yourself left in the cold. You are not a good person and you will get what is coming to you and it will be deserved

Horrible experience. What looked like semen all over the bathroom door and handle and the after cleaning it, housekeeping manager came into our room after getting off shift with her keys and without knocking. She was shocked we were in the room when she entered.

Your feedback is deeply concerning, and I assure you that we take such matters seriously. I am truly sorry for the unsatisfactory condition of your bathroom upon arrival. This is definitely not the standard of cleanliness we uphold, and I assure you that we will investigate this matter thoroughly to identify the cause and implement corrective measures to prevent any recurrence. The incident with the housekeeping manager entering your room was investigated and it goes without saying I understand how uncomfortable this was. Upon speaking with the manager in question, I've learned that items were forgotten on a neighboring floor, same room number by a room attendant and on her way out for the day, this was reported to the manager who volunteered to retrieve these items. I truly apologize this situation occurred and have taken the time to coach the manager to prevent the same situation from happening again in the future. I have loved staying here in the past. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. However, I would have liked to know before I booked that the rooftop bar, the restaurant and lobby bar are all closed for the foreseeable future. . No way to make room coffee, nor is it offered in the lobby. They used have a wine happy hour in the lobby but no more. The vibes were just not here. I

I arrived at NYC earlier than expected. Check-in for this hotel is 3pm and I arrived around 7am. When I tell you the amazing customer service I received from Javon and Jose C. is definitely worth mentioning. They checked me in, helped with my concerns, and funny! Not a lot of people have that energy early in the morning. I used to manage bars and restaurants in DC a few years back. Those of us who manage in the industry know, we always hear the bad and rarely the good. You have an amazing staff!

No real security and man non-guest tried to follow me to my room. No one checked on my safety although I told the front desk. Limited food options. My upgrade was not honored but they took the money anyway.

Hudson room is advertised as a great view but our room on 7th floor was primarily a rooftop and then river was in the distance. Rooftop bar is advertised and beautiful but 2 of the 3 days it was closed to a private event and was told the rooftop bar and restaurant are not part of the hotel and there's no guarantee of usage. The view and rooftop were two of the main reasons I booked it so very disappointed on both fronts

It's disheartening that the advertised great view from your 7th-floor room turned out to be primarily a rooftop with the river only visible in the distance. Ink 48 is less than a 5 minute walk to Pier 88. The hotel has great vies and amazing staff! You a walk from Time Square and located near many great restaurants. If you forget something you need, it’s available within a ten minute walk.
