This is not the best hotel I have stayed at but - this is New York! And if you spend little (or no time) in your room... this is perfect. The rooms are tiny. We had a queen bed and a window with no view (well... a brick wall that u could touch...) the walls are thin but we got...

I'm writing this review based on three days in a single bedroom w/ Queen bed. My wife and I booked this over the internet, based on the reviews we read. We were extremely disappointed! We got there with two suitcases of luggage and had to haul it up a long flight of stairs to get to the lobby. This isn't...

This hotel is an AMAZING choice!! We found it by "accident" because we booked through hotwire and only got the name of the hotel after we booked! But im so glad!! GREAT LOCATION: The hotel is on the upper west side. It is literaly in front of the subway (1 train) which leads you to anywhere in manhattan. It is...

Hotel prices are ridiculously high in NY, but this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no lift. The walls are paper thin. There is no wardrobe, but a rat trap under your bed. The toilet was flooding and the aircondition out of order. The only positive aspect is its location with nice restaurants, subway, bank...

I was reading the reviews because I am thinking about staying here again. I was pleasantly surprised by the Marrakech. I had a lovely corner room with nice tall windows. I agree with other readers that I slept better than I did at home. The staff is very attentive - I had a few reasons to call down for service....

I stayed here three times through April - once with a friend, so we had a two-bedded room on the fifth floor, then twice by myself and I had a one bedded room on the lower corrridor both of these times. The room on the top floor was quiet and relaxing. Both rooms near the reception and staff areas were...

I stayed here with my partner for 3 nights, New York being a 40th birthday treat, this hotel is only ten minutes subway ride from most of the attractions, and the subway station is literally next door. It was a relief after a hectic days shopping or sightseeing to be able to relax somewhere a little quieter, with a few...

FROM VICTORIA, LONDON Having read some of the reviews on here and other websites, I feared that our hotel might be awful but it was FANTASTIC! We were so happy with the hotel and the service. For us, as a twenty something couple, we didn't really want to stay in a stuffy hotel in which you feel you can't fully...

This hotel was just what we were looking for. It was our first trip to New York on a low bugget and I spent over a week picking out the perfect hotel on the perfect location so we could have a good time. It was a short trip of three days and two nights in New York, so we wanted...

3 of my friends and myself were in New York City for our college spring break. At first we thought we'd stay in a hostel, but then I found the Marrakech! Because of being off-season, we got 20% off 4 nights or more so we couldn't turn down those prices, especially being college students! Arriving in NYC, we quickly found...
