My husband and I love the Casablanca in NYC. This was our second stay there. It met all our expectations. The location is perfect. We were able to walk both uptown and down - to Central Park, the NY Public Library, Grand Central Station, the Guggenheim, the Met, Museum of Natural History to name a few highlights. Took an easy metro ride down to catch the Staten Island ferry and walked all the way back. The highlight of the Casablanca though is the wonderful staff - everyone just lovely every day. And it is fantastic to have 24 hr access to fruit, tea, coffee etc at their own little cafe. That is unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay! Everything was just perfect!!! From the library to the staff to the complimentary water bottles in the room. Clean and beautifully decorated rooms with nice breakfast offering. Wonderful to have the fireplace and coffee brewing around the clock. So relaxing and felt at home - the front desk attendant said we were now one of the family at checkout!

Amazing hotel! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The second lounge felt like home. Plus it's in such a great location- close to Times Square and the theatre district. You can walk just about anywhere.

Hard to find a nice hotel close to Time Square that isn't crazy expensive and that has great service. Not fancy, but comfortable, with super-friendly professional staff. Breakfast selection was perfect for what we like: fresh fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, sufficient pastries. Just fits the bill for what we look for in a small, comfortable hotel.

The staff are remarkably and memorably warm, welcoming, and professional. The refreshment area was icing on the cake - it was well stocked, and it provided a comfortable and quiet place to rest. Location - perfect. Metro station is a short walk away.
