Hotel's Favorite
I checked in on a Tuesday and stayed through Sunday. The management, doormen, bell, front desk, housekeeping, literally everyone that works at this property are the best of the best. I had a couple of special requests through my work that a normal hotel would not have accommodated. They did so and not only did it, but had it ready to go within an hour. It was amazing. I have stayed at many fine hotels I travel both domestically and internationally, and I believe the Peninsula rates right at the top.

Our stay was fantastic. The service was flawless and the room was beautiful. Housekeeping was meticulous and every ask that we had from any staff was fast and perfectly done. We’ve stayed in many of the best hotels in Manhattan and the peninsula us on the top of our list. We’ll be back!

I have stayed at the Peninsula Hotel with my wife and infant child on two recent weekends and then enjoyed Chinese News Year celebration another occasion. The pool is warm, pristine and always safe for the child. It is a short walk to the Museum of Modern Art and just a stroll outside the door down 5th Avenue. The service is impeccable with particular thanks for the always outstanding service from night managerJamal, front desk associate Nick, the attentive waiter Mario, guest services representative Marian and the general manger Mr. Rolf Buehlmann. We have booked a too brief stay in March. Beautifully decorated, Victorian carols, Santa Claus and a traditional Repas de Noel our stay on Christmas has whet our appetite for our coming April Easter weekend sojourn at the hotel.

We normally stay at the Mandarin Oriental around Columbus Circle, but wanted to stay somewhere that was a little more convenient for Broadway theatre. The Peninsula is definitely in a better location. The hotel is lovely - although a bit small. The service is excellent. However, the windows and natural lighting are a bit lacking. This was my second stay at the hotel (although the first time was quite some time ago) - and I had this issue both times. Also, the rooms are very small - and we had a "Deluxe Room" this time. Not impressed with the size and the lighting. On our first night there we had trouble sleeping because of a loud television in an adjoining room that was kept on until after 1am. We complained about it but nothing was done. The next day they changed our room for the noise - a smaller room than our original room (not sure if it was a Deluxe or not) but this time with a bigger window and a little more natural light! The breakfast was great - although we did have issues with the service one morning (20 minutes before we were finally served coffee!! YIKES). But the service was mostly excellent at the hotel. However, those rooms just don't cut it for me. I will not be staying there again.…

We spent 8 days at the Peninsula NYC. From the moment we arrived to departure, everything was perfect. We had a Grand Luxe Room that was spacious and impeccably clean. The person who checked us in, brought us up to the room and explained the various aspects of the hotel. Housekeeping came twice a day and never interrupted. We ate the first morning at Clement. The food was excellent and the service. outstanding. The pool was never crowded. We used the concierge twice and both times their helpful suggestions and knowledge of the best place to eat in the city was very helpful. Mr Samir Ibrahim certainly knows how to run the best hotel in NYC. You can't beat the Peninsula for location, luxury, attentiveness of service and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will return!

As we entered the hotel we were greeted and our bag were swiftly taken to our room. They brought up our bags. The room was spacious and clean. Everyone was nice and we ordered room service and they brought the food up pretty quick. We have yet to explore the hotel but so far so good!

Stayed here for a week in late December for our annual holiday visit, and the stay was once again perfect. The professionalism and courteousness of the staff are the highest of any hotel in the world. Kristen at the front desk checked us efficiently and answered all of our questions. One of the bellmen, Patrick, helped with our luggage and got us settled in our room, answering any remaining questions. Mario, Agim, and Kin in the dining service ensured that breakfast was perfectly prepared and even remembered little things, like adding cinnamon to my oatmeal. Even just randomly running into an employee, whose name was Petra I believe, produced a sincere conversation about our stay and whether we needed anything at all. The room was lovely, the food was great, and everything we needed was easily available, even amid the hustle and bustle of holiday festivities. A beautiful and comfortable hotel. Check in was so easy, the service was excellent and nothing seems to be a problem The room itself was spacious, elegant and very comfortable. Every detail seems to have been thought of and the staff could not have been more helpful The only negative was we stayed for our last night in NY so had too little time to really enjoy the hotel. Will definitely be back in future

Just one word AMAZING. Everything about this hotel is top of the tops. The service unparalleled... on the check in(we were earlier but that was not an issue) we were upgraded from superior suite to executive suite with marvellous view of the skyline on NYC. Late check out, of course no problem at all. The suite itself has absolutely everything that you might need and more :). The bed its so comfy and the linen its so fresh and crunchy :). Service from everyone its so friendly and professional at the same time. Room service food its like a very high end restaurant(accordingly the prices too). We also had some food in Bar Clement which was ok, however the service was again exceptional. The pool, even through nothing amazing has such a beautiful view on 5th Avenue, that you can just sit, relax and have nice time. Overall excellent place and home away from home for us.
