Booked in via a package deal with British Airways for my 60th birthday. Having been a Hilton Honours member for 20+ years I was confident of a good experience-wrong assumption! Checked in and asked if they could do anything for me for the occasion, greeted by no answer and a

Great location! Clean and reasonable rates. The room was small but well organized, offered everything I needed for my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. This hotel has a great roof top bar with an amazing view of the city, it was a nice perk.

Arrived at hotel and had good check in with polite staff. Busy reception area/ lobby. Lifts take ages as there are only four servicing 37 floors. We had a family room on the 34th floor with two small double beds. On the night we arrived (Saturday) there is a club night on the

We had a large room at the 20th. The hotel is perfect located in a nice area in middle of NYC. We asked for a taxi to JFK on day op depart, and for 75$ it was a black cap parked for the hotel. Seemed to be a fair price, including tip and toll. At JFK the driver was asking

This room 2 of 3 which we moved to after one night of being in NY, and here is the damage - the ceiling fell in the walkway, and to the left is the bathroom. Ahead is the door to exit. Very safe indeed.
When we arrived all they asked for was a CC and charged it with 1 dollar, after we left the dollar was refunded. We got charge nothing.

Do you have to pay city tax for the hotel?
Yes, you have taxes. You should call them and ask for the final price including all the taxes, that way you know exactly what you are going to be paying at the end. My husband is a veteran and they gave us a discount, check with them if you qualify for any!

We didn’t pay anything with BA. They do put a temp charge on card to cover for damage.

The manager should answer quickly. Since you have a specific requirement, you should make sure it is settled before you get here. I did request a view and did not get one. However, when I stayed in Holiday Inn (Financial District), I was instantly offered a high floor with amazing views. It may be better for you to choose another place if it’s possible. I have stayed in multiple hotels in the city and was a little disappointed (great service, but the room was not). Sorry Hilton TMW.

Lorraine.....I don't know of an email, however, there is a Customer Support number for outside the US. There is a restaurant/bar. Food is GOOD! Pricing is consistent with what you would expect to pay in NYC at a hotel. You can find more reasonably priced places for breakfast off site....
