I had no idea what to expect because my fiancé booked for us. We got in at 10am and they got us early check in(basically a whole extra day) and we only had to wait 5 minutes. Tislam was an amazing host !Tis treated us like family from the second we got in. We cant wait to come Back, we are even looking into booking out several Rooms for my Fiancés bachelorette party. THANKS GUYS BE BACK SOON! Ps the rooftop is 🔥
Amazing experience with super friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed the view a lot and love this small oasis in New York City. We were treated well by all staff and housekeeping. This will be our first choice when we do need to stay in New York again.
Janery, Keelan, and Genesis were fantastic and went above and beyond! They helped me out Had an amazing stay. Janery is very hard working and deserves a raise! Thank you guys so much!!! :) - Yudelka Diaz
What an amazing weekend! Room was wonderful, had a corner sky view queen with amazing view of the surrounding neighborhood. Modern, clean, room micro but optimized. Rooftop bar was cool with cool view of the Empire State Building. Reservations required as space is limited. Front desk staff was wonderful. Helpful and gave some great recommendations for the area. Perfect location for all the activities we planned around midtown. Great stay, will be back.
We’ve had my whole family stay at Arlo Nomad all weekend for our wedding. The staff have been amazing and very accommodating. Just want to highlight a few that have gone above and beyond. Kyara, Justin, Jamilah,Tis,and Janery!! They were absolutely amazing during this hectic wedding weekend!! My wife and I will definitely be back to Arlo Nomad.
I moved to this hotel after a less-than-stellar stay at a nearby hotel, and the difference could not have been any more night and day. The staff is attentive and personable and the hotel has just the right touches to make one feel completely relaxed and well taken care of, right in the heart of the city. The only downside is that I didn't stay there longer. Highly recommended.
A pale imitation of far better micro hotels such as the CitizenM. The small rooms are expected, of course. But the Arlo NoMad is rough around the edges instead of special. The first tip that you're not in an upscale hotel is having to sign a form upon check-in that says, among other things, that you won't have a party in your room. During my stay, one elevator was out of service for an entire evening, and the staff didn't seem overly concerned. The bar area felt like a budget hotel, and the sole bartender had a hard time keeping up. There was no desk in my room (although maybe that's because I had a corner room with a wall of windows, which was nice), so this is not a great choice for business travel. There's a common work area, but it's not especially inviting. My room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator, which is a plus. But overall, the hotel feels a bit cheap for the price and a little rough around the edges. My room had smudges on the walls and a long hair stuck to a shower wall. Not great, not terrible, just average.…
The experience was the best, the views are incredible better then any other hotel's in NYC, Tasha, Kaleen and Jez we're very welcoming and super friendly, also don't forget about the Fortune Cookie you can get a free night just like me and my wife and we were super excited for that!
This place ROCKED. Hands down the nices crew in NYC. Keelan, Jez, and Genesis at the front desk took care of us from beginning to even after we checked out. Even helped me mail letter to family across the USA! Good energy, good chat, no better crew or location in NYC.
Loved my room in Arlo Nomad!you can see the Empire State building from your bed, breathtaking! The restaurant has great food and the staff is so attentive and ready to help always. Thank you Tasha, Jez, Tislam, Keelan and Genesis for making my stay amazing! Will come back to this hotel definitely!
