It was amazing. Beautiful view, clean modern room. We loved the stay. Best location. Definitely coming back. And we felt very safe even during pandemic. They also provide sanitizer in the room. Thank you!

Hotel's Favorite
Due to COVID , my wife and I had to do a bit of a staycation for our anniversary. We chose the Arlo to do just that. The staff was incredible and the management, specifically Mike F, helped to make the trip memorable. He was able to give us a room upgrade overlooking the city. The views were breathtaking and the room itself was cozy and trendy. I highly recommend the Arlo to anyone looking for a unique stay in NYC.

My sister and I were physicians volunteering for the Covid Crisis relief in April. To limit exposure to our family, we decided to stay at Arlo Nomad. Extremely happy we did so! First of all, the rate was a fraction of what they normally charged for health care workers; to do their part in the pandemic and to show their support! This was very sweet of them considering other hotels weren’t so accommodating. The whole staff was kind and thoughtful! The place was immaculately maintained and the service was fantastic. Someone was there to help 24/7 despite an actual pandemic happening in the world. The view from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Manhattan was beautiful. Also, their shampoo is amazing... my sister made it a point to find out the brand and buy a bottle!! My point is, they didn’t cut corners on quality or customer service or compassion and it really showed! I enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is very nice and offers a very beautiful view of the city. The rooms are just the right size, they are not large but it is all that is needed. I was disappointed that the remote control of the curtains did not work, when my intention was to observe the city without getting out of bed. The hotel staff did not offer me any benefits. They told me I should do it by hand, when I pay for the remote control service, which doesn't make sense to me.
