We are having a wonderful visit. I was beginning to give up on staying downtown as this is my third attempt - until we found this gem of a hotel. Downstairs you can dine in a cozy living room setting with a full menu. The location is perfect. Walk to shops. Quick walk to a dozen delicious downtown restaurants, cafes...

Thank you so much - great to hear that you have found your Downtown home. We all love Tribeca both for its quieter vibe but also for its convenience and accessibility to the surrounding neighborhoods such as Soho, Greenwich Village, China Town and, of course, Wall Street and lower Manhattan. Great shopping, great restaurants and the history of the city...

After having stayed uptown in the hustle and bustle of a very touristy area of New York, stepping in to this tranquil hotel with the most friendly and attentive staff was peace restored. Beautiful, tasteful, quirky old school charm. Loved the deep bathtub and the crisp sheets. To top it off all the snacks in the room was included in...

Stayed here a few times now and probably only one of a very few hotels that somehow manages to surpass expectations each time. Decent sized rooms, great bathroom products, ridiculously comfortable linens, bowl of free goodies is a lovely touch and superlative overall service. Most recent example of great service was making a request for coffee when passing the reception...

Stayed only the one night here but found everything to be of the highest quality. From the arrival quality was clearly paramount, and it was this level of customer service that helps set this hotel above the others. Room was clean, luxurious and very well appointed, with all the amenities expected of a hotel of this quality. Nothing was too...

As always, a lovely stay at our very favourite hotel. This hotel I spent the night in just to see what the hype was about. I know it is Robert deniro's hotel so I expected a little more luxury. The area is also very dull. We had to take an uber to 14th st to really get close to shops. The hotel's decor was nothing special just like the rooms....

Really great location. I love the aesthetics of both the interior and exterior of the hotel. Staying in TriBeCa

Neighborhood Profile
TriBeCa
What’s in a name? In this case it is the unique title of “Triangle Below Canal Street” that became a popular nickname in the 1970s. An attractive neighborhood filled with handsome lofts on the edge of the Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art galleries. Plus, it’s home to the city’s most exciting film event, the Tribeca Film Festival, that takes place here every year. TriBeCa is a great place to take a leisurely stroll before stopping into one of the many local restaurants or bars for a satisfying meal and cocktail. You’ll see families out for an afternoon walk, and don’t be surprised to come up with the occasional celebrity sighting. With such a great vibe, many of the city’s most famous residents call this neighborhood home.
