We camped here for two nights. We enjoyed their game room, laundry, decently clean pool, and mostly clean bathroom with only a few bugs. They let us pick our own camping spot. Most spots had shade and a picnic table. Many spots had ant hills or holes dug into the ground by some critter.

We stayed 2 nights passing through the area to visit the nearby National Park Service sites. The park has the appearance of a former KOA. The park is a few miles SW of town along one of the major roads (National Parks Hwy also known as US 62-180) servicing Carlsbad. The road has multiple lanes near the park’s entrance. Strangely,... This Rv Park wasn't spectacular, but it is convenient to Carlsbad Caverns National Park, restaurant and a WalMart to stock up on supplies. The staff was friendly and helpful finding a family restaurant for us and our grandchildren. The indoor pool was also a nice touch. The site for our RV was average with adequate hookups and the restrooms and... More

The sites are spacious, full hook ups available, level gravel areas. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Laundry and indoor pool are nice to have. The game room has more broken machines than working ones, but we had fun playing ping pong. Not a destination, but a nice and convenient spot while visiting Carlsbad Caverns.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was disappointing. Our site didn't have a picnic table or a grill although it was a full hookup site. We did have a tree and the spot was level, but other than that it was just gravel and the spots are extremely close together. We were travelling with two small dogs, and... More

2 night stay with our travel trailer and dog. Got a great shaded spot but not all spaces have shade. Level gravel pull thru, office/store open til 6pm. Walmart close by for last minute supplies. Nice indoor pool and small but clean bathrooms. 2 fenced areas for dog walks - small with no grass. Very friendly management and convenient access... More

We didn't use the pool or showers. We stayed for one night. I think it was okay for the night. The space between RVs wasn't too bad, I've been to worst places. Office was nice, grounds we're clean. Pet area actually had doggie bags. The area is gravel but I accept that because it's the area. We'd stay again. Looks... More

I've stayed at over a dozen RV parks traveling across the Western US over the last 4 weeks. This was by far the worst. Water in the pool was green. Shower facilities should have been renovated 25 years ago. Tight RV sites and little vegetation. Unclear how they justify $40/night?

Grungy facilities - park is primarily a monthly park for local workers. Sites upfront are very crowded with families of workers. Bathrooms were run down and ceilings had mold. Pool was not clean Our site was at the back of the park with other RVers. Sites are reasonable. RV Park is overpriced at $40 a night. We will not stay... More

The best part of this park is its location. They say they have wifi, but if the wind is blow, according to the staff, it doesn't work. Unfortunately the wind blows about 99% of the time. And they also said it was free so... Lots of semi permanent oil workers who get early, but not really an issue.
