We spent one night at Skyridge earlier this month and were very happy with the room, the service, and the value. When we arrived we rang the bell and Lisa came over within a few minutes to check us in. She let us know immediately that there would be a 4% surcharge if we used a credit card but the fee would be waived for a debit card. We stayed in the Tumbleweed room and were very happy with the room - it was clean and everything worked. Our breakfast was pancakes, bacon, and fresh fruit and was just what we needed to start our day. Skyridge may not be a traditional B&B (more like an Inn) but it was just what we were looking for and we would definitely stay there again.

You expect a really nice breakfast and well kept rooms at a B&B. Not what you get here. Breakfast is minimal, a step above McD's. There is no room cleaning and the bathrooms are only minimally serviced. Nice couple that runs it and a good location, but overpriced for what you get.

My husband and I just spent two nights at the Skyridge B&B on May 3 & 4, 2019. We stayed in the Tumbleweed room. Our bed was comfortable, but the shower temperature was hard to adjust. The location was good. There were 3 things we didn't like: 1. Upon arrival, there was only a note instead of a person to greet us. The note, from Lisa, the manager, explained that she would be away until late the day of our arrival. We were asked to take our key from a hook on the wall. Lisa left a number to call in case of emergency. 2. The breakfast offerings were generally highly unimaginative and rather skimpy. The first day was, basically, an egg McMuffin. Not many other options. The dry cereals were all highly sweetened. No instant oatmeal. The second day we had one piece of French toast with a few strawberries whipped cream, a small piece of bacon and some pineapple. My husband, being a vegan, didn't eat the entrees, so Lisa gave him a bowl of extra fruit the second day. . No effort was made to accommodate him with an egg substitute. 3. We asked Lisa's husband if we needed to sign anything for check-out. He said Lisa would take care of it. We never got a final bill, in person or in an email. My credit card bill arrived this week showing a price $14 higher than my original confirmed quote. I called the owners at the Broken Spur Inn to inquire. They guessed that it was the 4% charge the Inn has to pay when clients use a credit card. There is no mention of this on the Skyridge website.

My wife & I first stayed here in 2005 and it was a wonderful one night stay in a lovely B&B, very friendly and amenable hosts. Because of this good experience we decided to book it again for an overnight stay – with another couple – for June 2016. However we discovered it had changed hands only months before our visit, in fact it has changed hands at least twice in recent years. I reviewed our stay in August 2016 and it would appear the owners (the Broken Spur Motel close by) don’t take notice of Trip Advisor reviews because nothing seems to have changed since we stayed there in June of that year. The property is still locked when guests arrive with nobody to greet them. There is no resident innkeeper at this property. Upon arrival there is a note pinned to the front door with a phone number to call and that someone would be there shortly. No mention that the place is now owned by the Broken Spur Motel or anything. What if guests don’t have a mobile phone (to use in the US) to call them on? Outside still appears to be very unkempt. SkyRidge Inn is NOT your typical B&B because nobody actually lives there and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a B&B experience. This has stopped me booking it again for a forthcoming 2019 road trip, we will stay elsewhere. Come on Broken Spur, pull your socks up

Had a wonderful overnight stay at the Skyridge Inn! It's a little hidden, just outside Torrey on the way to Capitol Reef Nationalpark. Was lucky to find this jewel and that they had a room to stay. Great hosts, very kind and helpful, stunning room, awesome breakfast! Beautiful surrounding... Loved it there! Thanks for the stay, Melissa
