The historic Torrey Schoolhouse B&B Inn is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Ty (the owner) was very helpful and friendly. Our large third floor Boulder Mountain Room was clean, comfortable, and well lit. This guest room has a queen bed, massage chair, and flat-screen TV. We enjoyed the B&B so much we extended our stay for a second... More

The music room is lovely (view not so good) and very nicely and thoughtful appointed. It's clean - which is always a major. Improvement on the quality of sheets would be appreciated (it is not cotton). So that was the good bit. The second half was the breakfast experience...or should I say unmet promise? We stayed two days = 2... More

I appreciate this feedback, though it came as quite a shock. It is so uncharacteristic of our breakfasts at the Torrey Schoolhouse that I actually wondered if this could be a memory of a breakfast served elsewhere. In my eleven years running the B&B we've never served cake for breakfast (nor would we), and our main dishes are always served... More

This restored 3 story schoolhouse is amazing. The owner has lovingly created a comfortable B&B while honoring its schoolhouse history. We stayed on the top floor, and we did have to carry our luggage since there was no elevator. However, we didn't mind as we had planned for this and only carried in what we needed for the night and... More

This bed and breakfast is super deluxe! The room was very comfortable, nicely decorated and spotless! I would highly recommend it. It will spoil you for all other B&Bs. The breakfast was hardy and delicious. Our host was friendly and made sure we well taken care of. The gardens are beautiful and at night the milkyway was viewable. I only... More

Great place to stay in Torrey. An old school house that had been boarded up since the forties made into a Bed and Breakfast. Ty did a fabulous job with this place. Plus she is a great hostess. She knows just how to handle 16 to 20 guests at a time, she does it with ease. Ty is also very... More

We were so happily surprised to discover this charming B&B just outside Capitol Reef National Park. We were there with our 12 yr old son and had the Arithmetic Room on the 2nd floor, which had a lovely bathroom between our two bedrooms. The massage chair was enjoyed by all three of us between our days of hiking! We loved... More

This place is so special! Amazing renovated old schoolhouse. Every room is different and special. Ty, the host, wasn't there to welcome us, but left us a note explaining everything we needed to know. She came in the morning to prepare a delicious breakfast. There was just another couple there when we arrived and we found this place so peaceful... More

We stayed in Torrey for three nights and absolutely loved the Torrey Schoolhouse! The gardens were beautifully done and I recommend sitting out there when the weather is nice. The Reading room was spacious and overlooked the garden. Ty, the owner, made delicious breakfasts and offered great advice for day trips.

We have attended 7 of the 9 Women's Redrock Music Festivals in August in Torrey, UT. We have tried several times to get a spot at the Torrey Schoolhouse, but the place has always been booked. This year we finally got a room. We have stayed at various other locations in Torrey, but this spot tops them all. There is... More

Just an excellent place with very nice people and a delicious breakfast. The large top floor room is brilliant. Good place for one night, but als great to stay more nights for exploring Capitol Reef more excessively.
