The campground is nice - each site has a tree for some shade which is good because outdoor daytime temperatures in July were 100+ F although temperatures cool off nicely late in the evening to the 60s F. Site was fairly level and electric, water and sewer hookups worked well although water pressure was very weak. Satellite connection was difficult... More

We are very used to staying in National Park campgrounds and state park campgrounds so this was a different type of camping for us. The spots are so close together, it was difficult to even put the bump-out of our motorhome out without creeping into the next person's spot. That being said, the showers were hot and clean and it... Absolutely the best campground in Capitol Reef. The managers and staff were some of the nicest and most accommodating people ever!!! We had a beautiful view from our RV site. Each site has a tree for shade. They have a loaner program for sports equipment and for grills! They offer a dinner on select nights and fresh made muffins for... More

The camp ground is real nice, spots can be tight with large trailers. Bathrooms were "no waiting", a little small when helping a child. Clean and everything worked. Souvenir shop is nice, workers are pleasant. A little grass for the kids, gravel drive ways. Some trees for shade. Wifi a little weak. Very nice views! 15 minutes from Capitol Reef,... More

Huge gift store. Nice pool. Quiet and spacious place. However, the special offer “Cowboy night” is a rip-off. Highly overprized, small portions, bad taste and lousy service. The trout did not taste like a fresh catch of the day, the BBQ sauce did not taste like home-made, the corn on the cob was tiny, the cornbread had to be asked... More

We spent two nights here during our visit to Capitol Reef. The tent sites are shaded and generously sized. Staff was accommodating to our group size, and very friendly to work with. Facilities are beautifully maintained. Thanks for a great stay!

We reserved a camp site for 2 adults and 2 children. We were in a hurry when we arrived and did not notice until later that we were charged more money for the 2 children. By the time we noticed they were closed. They were also closed when we left the next morning so we could not ask about a... More

We had a family reunion here in July 2016. We will never return here!! The staff was very unfriendly and hovered over us like hawks! They even got in to an argument with my son and daughter! We were charged more than stated when we made the reservations. We have camped a lot of places... no where else have they... More

Loved our stay in the Deluxe Cabin. It was clean, modern, and had a fresh scent. Exceeded our expectations inside and out. Two double beds inside plus a single bunk above. Small table with 6 chairs. Fridge, micro, and coffee maker. Small bath with standup shower. Ceiling fan, A/C, and heater. Two chairs out front. Picnic table and chairs in... More

This was our 2nd visit here. It is convenient to Capitol Reef NP and other area attractions. The sites are gravel, fairly level with a very small grass area and close together. Tall trees which offer some shade. We were here for 4 nights, staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is free but very spotty. Verizon service is also spotty... More
