I didn't have a reservation but was lucky they had one room left, the Christmas Room. It was wonderful. The atmosphere inside my room and outside was very relaxing and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the people made you feel like they've known you for a long time. Room rates are very reasonable and I highly recommend this place if you can get a room. I understand they stay pretty full.

5 out of 5. Brad is a great property manager, motel is clean and the tenants are friendly. Overall great stay! Would highly recommend those that are in town to stay here or those that are visiting and need a place to stay short term or long term, for that matter. Rates are great and the property is clean and nice!

On top of a having refrigerator, a microwave and being clean Twin Palms is close to the hospital. It was convenient to book a room, close to a mini market and an ABC liquor store. Our primary objective was to be close to Jess Parrish hospital, I would say it was 3 miles away.

If you have never been to a lovingly restored 1950s hotel this is a treat for you. It is obvious they put a great deal of work in this and it was all well done. From the moment you arrive you see the reason why the hotel has been named "Twin Palms." There are two metal Art Deco palms in the front of the compound. The parking lot is brick parquet which evidently the owners hand laid themselves. There is a gazebo in the middle with patio furniture and deck chairs around the compound in front of the eight rooms here. I lucked out and got the honeymoon suite. It is very comfortable the walls are tastefully painted all the blood has been painted with a white there is a white commode (that's a piece of furniture) white poster bed and white desk, side table and chairs. The highlight of the room is the "Magic Fingers" $.25 vibrating device that actually works. Oh my god, I am just laughing it's so campy. The room is just very well appointed and the price was what was so amazing. Although it's a few dollars more ($3) than the run down old motels, THIS old motel is worth much more than that in aesthetic pleasure. There are whimsical pieces of art throughout the compound and in the rooms.OMG my bathroom had the ORIGINAL tiles from the 1950s. You remember those shiny art deco tiles in your grandmother's house? There HERE! That shower felt good.

I have lived in Japan, London, and visited all the major Western cities. To come here and find such a great motel gave me a good deal of joy. Do yourself a favor and stay the weekend at this wonderful facility. Bring a bottle of wine and sit outside and visit with the other guests. This was such a treat to stay here. I am still laughing at the "Magic Fingers."

LOVE this CHARMING motel, we stopped in at the last minute to stay the night, Wade was the best. They have theme rooms and we got the Christmas room and yes we had a Christmas tree, we loved it so much we canceled our Cocoa Beach trip to go back to our new staycation place.

We turned up without a reservation and were in a room within 15 minutes. I think we had the honeymoon room as it had the four poster bed which "massaged"! We only need a stop over for the night so it was perfectly functional and clean.

Stayed for three nights on our Big 2016 Road Trip. Trying to find a good room in Titusville can be a challenge, given the influx of NASA contractors and other long-term renters. We were referred to this motel by another full one, and from the time we stepped out of the truck we were made to feel very much welcome by the staff and fellow guests. This motel has been rebuilt to keep its midcentury charm with latest comfort, and it shows. We stayed in the "Redneck Room", one of several theme rooms, and the tongue-in-cheek rusticity hit the spot. Beds were comfortable, and the towels big and nice. The outdoor porch swings and veranda are great for evening conversations. No ice, but a guest laundry is provided (great when you're on a 4-week journey). Only minor issues were a few lil' bathroom ants (nothing scary), and a bantamweight air conditioner that was locked in an epic battle with the Florida heat and the wonderful full-size refrigerator-freezer in the room, but with the poor lil' AC coming up on the short end of the thermodynamic struggle - but even then, the room's ceiling fan definitely helped keep us cooler. All in all, a very good stay with some very good folks.

We stayed in the grandparents room and the key west room. Both were quite comfortable with a microwave and fridge. Lots of long term tenants. Owners very personable. The only reason I didn't give a five star review is there was no hair dryer and our reservation was messed up so we had to change rooms. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others. Only two blocks to the Indian River.

Each room is themed. We stayed in the safari room which was beautifully decorated. The owner is fabulous and if not on site, always close by. The room was spotless, extremely clean. This room has a king size bed, terrazzo flooring, flat screen TV that sits on a chest of drawers. There is a nite stand with a lamp and alarm clock as well as a small table between a couple (comfortable) end chairs. The room has a mini fridge and a microwave. The bathroom (shower, no tub) kept its original FL style charm in green tile. Lots of pillows for the bed (comfortable for us). There is a small closet if you plan on staying a few days and unpack. The motel has laundry facilities and a soda machine on site. You are within walking distance to a CVS for any necessities. This is a basic motel ... an old Florida motel that has been revamped into unique individual rooms with extremely reasonable pricing. No pool, no hot tub. There is a gazebo in front and in the evenings we would sit out there or on one of the porch swings and chat with the other visitors. Everyone was extremely nice and we found many stayed there when traveling through. I cannot stressed how clean this place is and how nice the owner is. We will definitely stay there when we make future trips back to FL. Just a note, there is a gun shop in the buildings next door and you may at times hear them trying out the guns but it is not ongoing and you BARELY hear it. We are just familiar with the sound so knew it and confirmed the next morning about the gun shop.
