We LOVED our stay! We had read some bad reviews and were nervous, however, all of our fears were for not because our room was gorgeous! We loved the decor- four post bed, large hanging artwork pictures, classic/older style, clean, gorgeous view overlooking pool...ahhhh. Looking forward to returning! We stayed in the Palm Tower, ate at the Market bistro, which... More

We paid almost $200/night. Our room was by the parking lot, right next to the industrial laundry, mechanical rooms, and other inner workings of the hotel. "Soothed" to sleep by some big industrial fan sound through the open window, which I subjected myself to rather than hear the rhythmic clanking of the fan blade against the air conditioner. Never quite... More

I spend five nights here for a conference last week. We could tell when we pulled up to front lobby in the dark that this place was quite dated, and we were not wrong. Impossible to find your way around to your room in the dark, and it didn't help that the route drawn on a hotel map by the... More

Our room was clean. Enough towels. Comfortable beds. Far away from the Conference Center but I'm OK walking. Public transportation very convenient. Concierge very helpful (both of them). At check in desk, Adam and Jackie need help with their customer service skills. Very uncaring. Josie was great and solved our problem. Beautiful flowers. Very nice conversation areas. Food was awful... More

Josie Rogers was the manager at the time that I was there for Lincoln & Continental Owner's Western National Meetup and she was an angel! Completely took care of my needs and upgraded my room when it was available. It was an amazing time and a perfect stay! Loved having a sports bar on the premises, too.

The staff is very friendly. The food is 1st class and delicious in the cafe. Although the room is a simple room, it is well stocked with basic amenities. The room was SO QUIET (I stayed in a garden room) at night, I couldn't hear a pin drop. The grounds are lovely, with lots of cozy places to sit and... More

I arrived late in the afternoon and still had to wait over an hour for a clean room. They offered to hold onto my bag, but I needed to change clothes before venturing to the conference. The decor in the area I was staying in was dated, but everything was really clean and that's all that really matters. The room... More

I debated with myself between a 2 star and 3 star rating because the room was a good size, the water was hot, the TV worked and the staff was friendly. But, since the nearest coffee was a walk to the Convention Center, I relied on the little coffee maker in the room. However, after Day 1, the maid did... More

Seems there is more effort put into the grounds' aesthetics than into the conference rooms, guest rooms, and customer service (except for housekeeping). If you plan to stay at T&C, DO NOT accept a room in the Royal Palm Towers (or any other building) if construction is underway. Even if you are on the first floor and the construction is... More

My wife attended a conference here in July, 2016. The place is HUGE and signage and directions are very confusing. They are in the process of a transition where there is some construction going on and some buildings are being prepared for demolition to make way for a water park to be built on the property next year. The rooms... More
