Best customer service ever! Very helpful and accommodating! Food is wonderful. Fair pricing. Very clean rooms though a little dated. Beautiful and elegant. Located downtown with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Nice hotel, with luxurious lobby. The rooms are very yellow and a big. Excellent beds and the shower is of high quality.... But: I was on the 7 st floor and I could still hear the public transportation (tram) in the street until late in the night. They already starting at 5 am, so be sure to book a room...

Horton Plaza, the Gaslamp Quarter, the downtown theaters as well as shopping and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. Our room (1090) faced downtown with a view out to Coronado and overlooked the Balboa Theater and Horton Plaza which was decorated for Christmas Holidays. The Westgate has all standard amenities, fitness, pool, lap-track, wire-less and on site Valet parking. The...

The room was roomy and beautifully decorated, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We got a roll away bed for my sailor which worked out perfectly for him to feel comfortable and at home staying with us there.

Great spacious room with narrow balcony and a large bathroom. (We had 2 showers in our room.) The beds were extremely comfortable with four pillows. Staff was...

First time here. Lovely hotel. Staff are really friendly. Love how the rooms are through one door then another to get to your room and the person next door, so no one can just knock on your door to disturb you! Definitely recommend this hotel. Walking distance to many things!

This elegant hotel with its over one hundred Baccarat crystal chandeliers and exquisite french furnishings is a sensual delight to the eyes. On Sunday I brought a party of people to enjoy the wonderful display of food amid such splendor and anticipated enjoying the playing of the grand...

Can't find anything to fault about this hotel. The location is great. We visited Coronado beach which is a must. It's easy to get to either on the tour bus or the ferry. The marina is lovely with lots of restaurants. We did find the food and drink expensive.

I booked this hotel for its location - downtown and close to the Gaslamp Quarter and affordability. It is within walking distance to everything. We were pleasantly surprised by just how beautiful the hotel interior was and the room did not disappoint either. Staff were superb, they make you feel like royalty. Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights, but...
